the thing that really annoys me is when people keep on picking the same character and when they do the same combos over and over its so annoying

I hear you...it's a lot more fun to play against different characters...makes it more challenging and more interesting. If you are a true MK master, you'll learn all the characters, and use random select!! (u + start, for those that didn't remember or didn't use it in previous games)
People that only learn one character are missing out on a lot of the fun of the game.
But like the other guy said, if you play against someone that always picks the same character and does the same combo, then take it as an opportunity to break down that guy's technique...find the right approach, and you will be a better player for doing it.

Do you think you really sound good by whinning like a 13 yr old about someone picking the same character. Just because you play other characters doesnt mean your good with them. Could mean you just suck horribly and, want to make yourself seem good by saying that you play a lot of characters. I don't play mk a lot believe it or not even though some people may say otherwise by my skill level and, the fact that they get dishragged. This game is just simple basics. I just learn a few combos and, the rest is just using your brain yea that thing that's in your skull and, just strategize around garbage and, lame tactics. Probably just like your's since the only thing you seem to do best in is making yourself look like a whinner a scrub and , a lonely ass white boy that has no chance of even giving a girl head let alone getting some unless you paid for it. Is there a code or something you have to put so you can put a picture under your name so it pops up everytime you? If so can anyone tell me what it is or what i have to do?

Stone500: My name is Serpent on ps2... so please do avoid me. And it's not that I get upset when I face someone who picks the same character, but does the same move/combo over and over. Ok ok... so your gonna say "then learn what they do and counter it". By the time I figure a strategy out, it would be into the 2nd or 3rd match... by then I would have already quit and left. And to be honest, I don't want to keep fighting and losing to the same combo to figure out the strategy.
SentinelsForce: I'm decent with the 10 or so characters I play as. Definently not the best.... but I'm real decent with them. Oh and I would call you a "chump"... for posting pictures of yourself on a MK forum profile... and telling me to look at them. Then also using the word PWNSORS. Whatever the hell that means. Thanks for the extra laugh... and please... if you want to continue this little "fussle", msg me personally and quit bringing this topic back up with stuff not related to the subject at hand. To your other question. As far as I know, there isn't a code where you can put a pic under your name (like a pic under "Sea_Serpent" for me. Either put the pic in your signature or change it to your icon pic.
Since I've made this topic... I've mainly been playing puzzle kombat, in which I dont have to worry about someone being cheap. But when I do play versus and see someone who does the same crap over and over... I'll simply just find another person. Works best, even tho I want to show em that I can counter their character with a dozen other characters. And funny when I am able to do this.... they're the ones who quit.
