Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, but I'm hoping that it will be soon. If I'm wrong in my guess I'd like to know about it.

I myself say Scab is Onaga cause if he was Havik, that would make him Darruis's friend which is unlikely.

And I say Havik is Skab because that would make him friends with Darrius. It doesn't seem unlikely to me. Either way, one of us is wrong. Probably me (that's usually how it ends up).

Well let me ask you this. Why do you think Scab would be Darruis's friend when Darrius is working for the side of good/renegade good and Scab is a demon who is probably evil?

Don't assume Skab is evil because he's an ugly monster. Scorpion is a hellspawned spectre and is neutral, often siding with good.

Goro and Sheeva are other monsterous beings that are good.

And don't assume that he is good, since none of the people you mentioned were good at first.

If Darrius was listed as Good, I'd agree, but he's listed as Neutral. Since he's seen as a bit of a renegade in the Realm Of Order it makes sense to me that he might hang out with a guy from the Realm Of Chaos...if that's still in.

*laughs* I was actually expecting you to go into a speech about "how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover" or "beauty is only skin deep" like on those after school specials or something on Lifetime.

That very well could be the deal here. I just think that Darrius is a renegade who is good, while the order realm might be good but too strict or backwards if you will which can be a bad thing. While Scab comes from the Chaos realm and maybe wants to destory everything or is running from Ashrah.

I just can't picture someone like Scab who is a demon, who comes from Chaos Realm and has rotting flesh being anything but evil at first. Cause all the other monsters in MK were evil in the beginning one way or another and then became good. Plus we need more evil people, MK at the moment is lacking in that department. So to bring a new evil character to MK would be a smart thing.

Just have to wait and see once the game comes out. Hell, maybe the bios are past tense and Scab is Havik but his former self now gone bad.

I'm not assuming he is good. Actually I basically agree, he probably is evil. I'm just saying there's precedent for a monster being good. Plus Wanderer is right: just cause he's got rotting flesh doesn't mean he has to be evil. Zombie-like creatures have feelings too. He could be a nice, sensetive guy who just wants to have some wacky fun in a martial arts tournament and just happens to have a bad skin condition.


Where'd you get he is from Chaos Realm from?

I think Havik is the playable sub-boss. Yes they even said the sub-boss will be playable this time around. Thats why it was on that odd list on the MKD site.

Given the option between Havik and Onaga, Onaga sounds more like a sub-boss to me. Might be the O. There's always an O. ;) Goro, Kintaro, Motaro, Moloch....
As for him being from Chaosrealm, that's just a pet theory of mine. After all, SOMEONE has to be from Chaosrealm, unless they've scrapped the concept.
