PLEASe someone help me on how to use the router to play Ps2 ONline i wanna play online with MK:D

I have a router still dont understand how the thing goes wireless i see wires in the router and to my computer, and that computer in the dining room, how the hell does it go on the internet i dont know cause i dont know exactly how to use a router my dad did it. I am good with computers and know just bout everything cept how routers work i have my network adaptor in the Ps2, how do i make the network adaptor thing wireless do you put a chip in the computer and the wireless thing works by remote or something? i see two eternet ports in the router and both go in the back of the PC, the same PC lord knows how to get the second computer how it goes on the inernet. HELP please, day 2 with the adaptor and damn dont know what to put in the back do i need a wire in the back of the network adaptor and if i DO why is a router called wireless.

Connect the PS2 adaptor to your router, not the computer.

First of all, calm down. smile
In order for the Playstation 2 to be able to get onto the wireless network, you'll need to get a wireless game adapter or wireless bridge, and connect the PS2 to that. Personally, I just recommend a game adapter as the bridge will be more expensive. The game adapter will then get the PS2 onto the wireless network and onto the internet from there.
I usually have very good luck with Linksys devices. You can probably do a search on Amazon for them. My only suggestion is that you'd be better off with an 802.11b device instead of an 802.11g device; the 802.11b device is slower, but will almost certainly still be faster than your current internet connection. You really don't need to spend the extra money on the 802.11g device.
