Sorry if this has been done before, but I’m bored.

Baraka
He cuts into both opponent's arms with his blades. He then stabs them in the abdomen with one blade, lifting the entire torso off. Arms and legs collapse into a heap. Nice. 9/10

Bo' Rai Cho
Original - he sips from the bottle on his back and lights a torch. He then breathes the liquid on to the torch, creating a flamethrower. This appears to melt the opponent. 9/10

Ermac
Using telekinesis, he repeatedly smashes the opponent off the ground until they explode (I think), like in MKT. Fine. 6/10

Hotaru
Very brutal - he grabs the opponent (by the legs, I think) and whacks them off the ground, drags them in a circle, then smashes them on the ground completely. 10/10

Jade
She throws her staff through the opponent’s head. She then grabs the staff with both hands and performs a Kung Lao-esque neck throw, leaving only the head attached to staff. Stylish and horribly violent. 10/10

Kenshi
Telekinetically lifts opponent, then stretches them until they snap in half. Okay. 7/10

Kira
She pins the opponents feet to the ground with her daggers, then cooly walks up to the victim and rips their torso off. Very nasty. 10/10

Li Mei
Looks like an old school Brutality. If so, 4/10. If the melon hammers are incorporated, the score goes up.

Mileena 1
She removes her veil, exposing her teeth. She then chews the opponent's head off and spits it on the floor, followed by a sinister laugh. Good. 8/10

Mileena 2
She tears off an opponent's leg and bats their head off with it. A bit textbook-esque – doesn’t really suit her. 7/10

Nightwolf
There may be more to it - he throws a tomahawk into the enemy's head - short and sweet IMO. 7/10

Scorpion
He rips off both the opponent's arms, and then beats them up with the arms until their torso flies off. Would expect better. 7/10

Sindel
Her classic MK3 scream, revisited. Only the opponent appears to completely break apart. Classy. 8/10

Sub-Zero
First he deep-freezes the opponent. He then breaks off their head. Then he slides backwards and bombs them with their head, shattering them. It’s like a walk down memory lane. Awesome. 10/10

My personal fave is Jade’s. Hopefully her second one is a remake of her classic “stab ‘n’ shake-up”.

Creativity is a PLUS whenever I see a fatality. I liked Jade's the most and Bo's fatality. Bo Definetly had a Fatality I wasn't expecting and his fatality's are much better now IMO.


I didn't really like Scorpion's fatality. LOVED the Spear Fatality in MKDA. I hope there's another Spear Fatality in MKD for Scorpion. Hopefully it's his second.

I think in terms of creativity, a lot of them are lacking (the limb rip fatalities)... I like Jade's best, and think Li Mei's has a lot of potential.

Baraka: I haven't really seen a good version of this but from what I've seen and your description it sounds pretty badass. 8/10

Bo’ Rai Cho: Much better that the bellyflop but still nothing super inventive if the body does actually melt than the score will go up. 5/10

Ermac: It's been done, but it's still as cool as ever I hope they speed it up a bit though. 8/10

Hotaru: Simple, Brutal, Powerful, gets the job done and does it well. 9/10

Jade: Elegant and graceful suits her perfectly adn very original. 10/10

Kenshi: Cool, but if they add some organs and intestines spilling out when the tear happens it'd be perfect. 7/10

Kira: BOO! For such a promising character they gave her a simple dismembermant fatality, granted she gets points for style but she could've atleast struggled a bit more. 3/10

Li Mei: I though brutalities were boring in MKT and it's no different in MKD, they best make an improvement for her second. 1/10

Mileena 1: Perfect but it looks akward would there really be anything for her to hold onto? 7/10

Mileena 2: Save this for a boring character *cough* Ben, Darrius Cough* 2/10

Nightwolf: Simple and well done, nice moves BTW. 10/10

Scorpion: Cool, but needs something signature. 4/10

Sindel: Redone but redone well,I just hope we get to see the dismembered body around somewhere. 7/10

Sub-Zero: Awesome best fatality seen as of yet. 10/10

ok does everyone think this? cuz i hated the spear fatality in MKDA! the idea was good, but it was done really poorly. when he pulls the spear the third time, the whole rope just disappears! it wasn't really that brutal...

Baraka - 10/10 Lots of blood.
Bo’ Rai Cho - 8/10 Much much much better than DA
Ermac - A very powerful looking fatality.
Hotaru - 10/10 Very Original
Jade - 10/10 Probably my favourite so far.
Kenshi - 9/10 Very violent thats what I like to see.
Kira - 8/10 Good use of her weapon.
Li Mei - 7/10 Brutality
Mileena 1 - 9/10 Very evil
Mileena 2 - 7/10 Not very exciting
Nightwolf - 10/10 Short, sweet and straight to the point. Not to mention Sindel's scream.
Scorpion - 7/10 Would've expected better.
Sindel - 8/10 Her classic only better.
Sub-Zero - 10/10 A very original fatality. I like how you think it's over then bamn.

I'm going to use a scale of 1 to 5.


Baraka - 3. Not really all that interesting. Decent though.

Bo’ Rai Cho - 2. Boring.

Ermac - 2. Boring.

Hotaru - 4. Unique, very well animated. Looks great.

Jade - 3. Ok idea, not animated all that well though.

Kenshi - 3. Boring, but looks painful.

Kira - 3. Like Jade, a cool idea, but just doesn't come off as all that great.

Li Mei - Can't judge til I see the end. It looks cool though.

Mileena 1 - 2. The way she pulls off the head looks strange.

Mileena 2 - 2. Very boring. Too over the top. Sometimes less is more.

Nightwolf - 4. Case in point. Very simple but animated well. Comes off as very brutal.

Scorpion - 2. Same as Mileena.

Sindel - 2. Boring.

Sub-Zero - 3. Average I guess. I'm REALLY sick of shattering fatals though.


Overall I'm not really all that thrilled with Deception's fatals. They're just too long winded and elaborate. My favorite is Nightwolf's.

Baraka-10/10:Very nice and great use of his brutal nature.
Bo Rai Cho-10/10:I was laughing when I saw this fatality, they actually used his alcohol.lol
Ermac-8/10:A repeat of a classic but I think it's pretty cool.
Hotaru-10/10:Simple but very brutal(one of my favs)
Kenshi-8/10:Add intestines and guts falling out and I'll give this fatality a 10.
Kira-9/10:I love when she cooly walks up to the opponent while they plead and rip their torso off.
Jade-10/10:I mean come on, this is one of the most original and best fatalities so far.
Li Mei-8/10:What I've seen so far, I like. Just add the opponent imploding at the end and I'll give it more points.
Mileena 1-10/10:I fell in love with this fatality the first day I saw it.
Mileena 2-9/10:I like the fatality a lot but I don't think this fatality fits Mileena.
Nightwolf-7/10:Just a copy Kung Lao's DA fatality but if he does anything extra in the fatality then I'll add more points.
Scorpion-9/10:I like how he humiliates Sindel with her own arms.
Sindel-7/10:It's good but eh.....
Sub-Zero-9/10:I think his fatality is great. Very happy with how it looks.
My personal faves are Mileena's 1, Baraka's, and Jade's. I can't wait to see Tanya's though.

1.Baraka => the idea is pretty cool, though i don't quite like the performance. 7.5/10
2.Bo'rai Cho => bo playing the fakir looks nice, it reminds me of scorpion's toasty. 7/10
3.Ermac => too predictable, could've changed performance. 5/10
4.Hotaru => way too similar to ermac's. i expect some more action in it. 6/10
5.Jade => best so far.Brutal and sick. Fast, bloody, unpredictable. 9.5/10
6.Kenshi => i like how tension grows till body splits. i expect some guts falling to the ground.8/10
7.Kira => i love the idea, though i don't like how torso is torn apart so easily. 7/10
8.Li Mei => can't tell till i see the whole thing. i would hate it being like a brutality. ¿?/10
9.Mileena 1 => quite good. Like the idea of biting heads off. Maybe she could've made enemies kneel before biting to make things easier. 8/10
10.Mileena 2 => don't like it at all. hope it will be changed. 4.5/10
11. Nightwolf => it's the same as kung lao's DA fatality. Expect more. 5.5/10
12.Scorpion => don't suit him at all. guess he will have smthing different. 4/10
13.Sindel => it feels odd how the enemy breaks apart like he was made of wood. more blood is missing. 6/10
14.Subzero => very good. Nice performance. Love it. 9/10

Jade's is one of the best fatalities of all times no doubt. Hope there will be more like it in the game

Jade 6/10 weird i think i stand alone i didnt think it was the best so far..its kool but not great.

Li Mei 5/10 i also needs to see the rest of this 1..but so far its 100 % better then her mkda 1!!!
Scorpion 2/10 Only because it’s not him...this better not be his fatality!!! Scorpion is my man and he deserves a fatal that is him. If u know what im saying.. confused

Mileena 1 8/10 i love this 1.. her laugh is awesome!!
Mileena 2 read scorpion..

Nightwolf 10/10 best 1 so far..its the only 1 that sent chills down my spine..not just the scream also what he does after..
Sindel 6/10 its ok..hopefully her 2nd 1 is better. she will be my # 1 fighter.(unless kitana and or kung lao are in)
Sub-Zero 6/10 i like it,but it need to be slower.. it happens way to quickly..
