Bo’ Rai Cho 10/10 (even though I don't like him, it fits him PERFECTLY)

Ermac 8/10 (nice to see Telekinetic Psychosis return in full 3-D)

Hotaru 3/10 (too similar to Jax/Ermac's move/fatality and kinda cheap - I don't see why everyone thought it was soooo great when it came out - it's too basic)

Jade 10/10 (I'd have 2 say it is the best so far; hell I couldn't have thought of one for her any better)

Kenshi 9/10 (awsome, sick, brutal)

Kira 9/10 (nice idea with stabbing the feet, makes it more realistic than Johnny Cage's

Li Mei 1/10 (until I can see the rest of the Fatality/Brutality whatever it is; a couple of chops don't do shit for me)

Mileena (1) 8/10 (kinda sick mood in the scenario; love the stance/laugh)

Mileena (2) 3/10 (too similar to Quan Chi's; this IS supposed to be a NEW game right with new features not copied ones')

Nightwolf 1/10 (I don't know whether to consider this a Fatality or an Impale move lol - the cheapest one yet; at least give him a nasty scalp fatality or something; this one is SERIOUSLY AN MK JOKE)

Scorpion 1/10 (That' again too much like JAX, he should have this fatality; and Scorpion should get his old toasty back, Scorpion Fat., or a new HELL FATALITY WOULD BE AWSOME!!!)

Sindel 9/10 (Beautifully done Sindel!!!)

Sub-Zero 8/10 (would be nice to see the Spinal Chord dangling off the opponent's head which is rumored to have been changed already - if so I'll change my vote to 10/10!!!)

Kira : 8/10 ( Very cool, but she ripps the torso too quickly... it's not that easy to rip a torso, you know? lol )



Li Mei : ?/10 (Can't say yet... but I think I like it so far)



Mileena 1 : 10/10 ( I loved it... perfect)

Nightwolf : 8/10 ( I liked it, and I have a feeling that he'll use his second tomahawk, so the fatality is probably not finished )

Baraka - 6/10 i think he could have a better fatality, ripping limbs just for it, is not fun anymore, wee needed something more brutal, something that really looks more like baraka-ish
Bo’ Rai Cho 8/10 looks intriguing, i think i might need to see how it ends but i think it really looks cool and fits him greatly
Ermac 7/10 Even though he is my fav character I thought they might give hime a better fatality, i know he is using his telekinessis but that's way to old, i hate remaking fatalities.
Hotaru 9/10 Great fatality, very gory, very brutal, very disrispectful with human rights, just what he needs to makes his image more dark and brutal!
Jade 10/10, very original, it suits her prefectly as she uses her classic iron staff, the fatality is brutal, yet classy and gory, the only thing i dont like is the fact that she puts the staff horizontaly, what makes me feel looks dumb IMO. Best so far.
Kenshi 8/10, it's quite original and it suits him as the fact he is using his telekinesis, what i dont like is the effect given to the torso rip, what gives extrapoints is the camera angle where the fatality is being shown.
Kira 10/10 Another freat and original fatality, suits her perfectly, very gory and i love the guys screaming "NO, no , no!"
Li Mei 3/10 well i dont know what the fuck does her fatality looks like, she keeps pummeling the foe but i haven't seen how she finishes him/her. We'll have to see.
Mileena 1 6/10 I like the fact of her using her mutated face and teeth to inflict damage, but the chomping effect and when she hold the head with her teeth looks plain lame, and i didnt like the "mmmh" sound she makes.
Mileena 2 2/10 worst fatality so far, doesn't suits her, and i hate "rip off limb and beat the fuck outta them with their own limbs fatalities", i really think they should've use something better for her
Nightwolf 9/10 Great programming in this fatality IMO, the way he juggles the tomahawks is just awsome, and the screams of pain are great, Congratulations on this.
Scorpion 5/10 another "beat the fuck out with your own limb" fatality, scorpion needs a little more of respect.
Sindel 7/10 ewven i like her a lot and i love her scream, bringing back old fatalities is a big NO for me
Sub-Zero 10/10 great fatality they kinda mixed some past fatalities but it's great it looks cruel and brutal

Hmm for you all that dont seem to like the new fatalities..dont fret..midway said each character has 2 fatalities. Lets hope that the people who had bad fatalities will have decent and Original second fatalities. I didnt see any of the fatalities..but I like the way Sub Zeros and Jades sound.

Ermac: 9/10 (One of my favs, a classic redone perfectly)

Hotaru: 10/10 (Extremely oirignal and brutal, my personal favorite. The rag-doll effects are amazing)

Jade: 5/10 (I have NO idea why everyone freaks out over this fatality, I thought it was unoriginal, dull, and animated poorly. Plus, whats with the staff being held horizontal to make it look like its above her hand, and no blood pool on the floor? Don't like it much.)

Kenshi: 7/10 (Only a 7/10 on this one because this fatality was MY idea, and when I saw it I freaked out. Then I realized I was disappointed that they were ripped horizontally and not vertically, and that there wasn't hardly any blood or guts that spill out from the body. Great idea, poorly executed, fix it!)

Kira: 8/10 (The knifes in the feet are a cool effect, and the way the character reacts before he is killed is awesome. Pretty original, a cool take on Cage's old torso rip. The torso flying far doesn't bother me like others, I like it that way. Good one.)

Li Mei: ??/10 (Haven't seen the end, Not gonna judge it, looks AMAZING to me because I love brutalities)

Mileena 1: 6/10 (Pretty original, but kind of boring. Had better effect on me the first time I watched it, but dull and bland now.)

Mileena 2: 7/10 (Im assuming we've seen all of this from what little we saw, but from what I can see I have enough to give it a fair judgment. I like it alot. Although, I still personally think it's Li Mei doing her 2nd and not Mileena, but who knows.)

Nightwolf: 6/10 (Needs some fixing, but the quick and brutalness of this one is great. I hated Kung Lao's in DA because of how poorly the fatality "missed" most of the time, plus I just didn't like it. Now with tomahawks, it MUCH better suits Nightwolf. Please add more to it though, it needs a good finish. Once its touched up, I think it will be one of the better ones.

Scorpion: 7/10 (A pretty good one, but give this to Jax or Darrius)

Sindel: 8/10 (Cool take on a fatality remake, pretty well done. I like how the body parts fly off one by one, a better effect I think.)

Sub-Zero: 10/10 (Pretty self explanatory here as well, an amazingly well-done fatality which incorporates three classics combined (Head and Spine Rip from MK1, Deep Freeze Shatter from MK2, and Ice Grenade from MK2. The head acting as the ice grenade is pretty sick indeed. The only reason this one didn't get the nod as my absolute favorite is because I just like Hotaru's too much, and since his is BRAND new and we're talking about PERSONAL favorites, I have to give his the award so far.)

Overall, I am VERY happy with the fatalities that I've seen from deception so far. Just about EVERY fatality i've seen in this game blows all of the ones from DA away easily. This alone should be a sign of how great Deception will be. Don't be fooled by my harsh judgment in my reviews, I like them all except Jade's :)

u know what would be even gayer for scorpion's fat.? giving him the same old type of fatality that he always gets: either using his spear, or fire. they are trying to prove that there's more to scorpion than the spear and his fire spells. i mean he's mastered his fighting styles better than his special abilities, he's been a ninja longer than a spectre. and this new fatality proves that he's also powerful and knows how to brutally beat the crap out of someone without using spells. i am personally getting sick of "Toasty!".

I agree with the fact that his MK: D fatality kicks ass. I also think that another spear fatality would suck, since the other two have sucked. A Toasty fatality with these imporived graphics would not be bad, though. However, am I the only person who thinks Nightwolf's fatality was completely stupid? I didn't like it as Kung Lao and I don't like it now. What really turns me off is that Kitana did the SAME DAMN THING with her fans and the opponent was perfectly fine. My favorite Fatality? Hotaru's. Jade and Sub-Zero take a close second. Nightwolf and Kira are my two least favorite.
