It should be a good guide, if I ever find myself with extra cash and all of that isn't posted online by the time I have said cash, I might buy it.

The Shaolin Monks guide pissed me off. It claimed that it had all the codes on the cd-rom that came with in. Turned out the cd-rom had zero codes. It just automaticly took me to their website, which at the time said the codes were coming soon.

Brady USED to be great, but the past two sucked compared to the oldschool guides, I'm so happy the Prima guide has MK:A.The MK:DA one was ok, better then MK:D's which sucked seriously with the exception of the Konquest part a little with the maps.

I have the one for MK:SM and it's awesome and it's very, very helpful.I was stuck in this one part, I read the guide and boom.No more problem in that game, Prima is definitely better then Brady now.Prima's got the secrets, the codes, the moves, the fatalities, tips on the breakers and parries.Now, THAT is a strategy guide if I ever saw one.

The dude that said EB games is getting it on Sept, please tell me you're not joking man. You're asking a question that nobody knows for sure, my guess would be everyone has similar punching moves, kicking moves from what we've seen, however the finishers as Boon said will definitely be unique to the character and different from everyone else.Example, Sub has a freeze move, Scorpion a skull and fire move, Reptile has acid etc.

When did Boon say that? I don't seem to recall that being said, but PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. Fighter specific KAF moves would be awesome!

He said it in one of the many god lol interviews from the past 10 or so.I don't remember which one, but I remember him saying that, another midway team member might have mentioned it also.But I do rememember boon saying something about it some where along the line, he said that each character will have their own finisher move exclusive to their power.

This is in the final game, once everything is said and done.So, I'm thinking everyone will share the same basic moves like the heart rip, slap the face, kick to the groin, etc but have a different finishing move know what I mean?

Isn't this old as shit? I remember reading this like a month ago when someone posted it. Oh well. SOUNDS GREAT!!!! I love strat guides. I have every strat guide for MK from 1993.

On a general level Brady games guides>Prima Guides.

Something tells me that this guide is going to have little character specific strategies and just going to hold your hand though konquest, with KAK where you can find most of it 2 minutes in. But you know, i could be wrong.

No, specific kaf fatality moves for each character. All can rip an arm for example, but only Kitana can use his steel fans, sub-zero & frost can freeze his rival, etc...

i just preordered the guid and game from eb.

Yeah, Crow's update was very good.All we knew back then was that there was a guide being made.That's not a lot of info, this update is kickass though.


BTW, MKKrazy I love the Brady guides also, however the past two have sucked compared to the oldschool Brady guides with literally everything in it, not just some things in it.The Deception one was a joke, horrible guide if I ever saw one.They didn't tell you both fatalities, limited combos, no key secrets revealed and no bios what so ever.

I think the prima guide coming out will kick ass and be much better then the brady guides of late.I have the Prima MK:SM guide and I must say it's very good.

Prima>Brady from now on.
