Profile damaged warning!

i was playing the Konquest mode. i have acced 5 portals, and was going back to enter the Shung Tsung Tournament in Earthrealms. It was saving and sunndenly it poped a message :
"You profile is damaged, pree x to go to main menu and triangle to delete this profile ....."
I didnt move the memory card and eveything was correct. Anyone knows about this thing. Is it a memory card problem or a game erros.

this happened to some 1 else.. sucks i bet.. sad hopefully this doesnt happen to me.. i do not want to go into konquest again.. i got the secret characters and got out quickly..lol

Happened to me too. I had to start crappy Konquest all over again when I was almost finished.

Man that sucks this is the reason i bought an Xbox.....because my crappy old Ps2 would keep messing up. I swear that thing had it in for me. Imagine having to do Konquest again though......man that thought is gonna give me nightmares.

damn man i thought i was the only one! I posted that like two weeks ago just go to page four or five, the post says found someting wierd about mkd. The only difference is that mine said your profile is maxxed out. Maybe midway didnt komplete the game 100%. So for a few last words, everyone who has ps2 it will happen to you to ha ha ha ha ha !

That happened to me a couple of months ago and that REALLY sucked. But I just deleted it, went through Konquest again, had a good idea now on how to get to the extra characters. So I beat it(again), got the extra characters, unlocked everyone's alt costumes, and unlock everyone's bio's and alt bio's.

Yo my memory card got fucked up and I lost all my data to MK:Deception! I can't play as Liu Kang again, well I gotta work at it for a whole day but man, I am pissed off.

My profile got deleted too, luckily I wasn't to far into Konquest. I just unlocked everything again, what else can you do? I just hope it doesn't happen again.
