ya Quan is the man. With the better Special Moves and Fatalities (like Leg Beat from MK4)he could be one of the best.

PS:i hope they dont do the Drahmin, Quan fusion thing.I think they should expand and evolve both characters

I completely agree. Quan is perhaps the most ORIGINAL MK character to date and he probably has the most potential story wise cuz he is a deceptive weasel. He should feel right at home in MKD's soap opera plot.

Quan Chi is a very good character. The name deception fits his character well. For the past two games Quan Chi has been deceiving many important characters for some purpose. Quan Chi's purpose may be revealed in this game.

Scorpion is pretty much confirmed so if he is in it, Quan Chi is in it. Quan Chi's story has a lot of potential for a major plot in Deception itself.

I hope Quan Chi uses his "Living Weapon" in this game, it had interested me in the past and still does today. I'm sure Quan Chi will have new moves set into his fighting styles so I would expect to see more out of this character.

WE know SOMETHING is gonna happen wih him.... Knowing him, he'll join the DK and give Shang as a token!!! I hope that doesn't happen though cause Shang is coooooool.....

also... I want more magic from Quan!!! Not only a green skull... I want some crazy, dark spells!

I agree with Kamionero...if Quan were to come back, he'd need some better moves. Look at all the techniques he had in Moral Kombat: Mythologies? He had that Kitana fan wave-ish move that pulled you in. He could also teleport. I don't recall what else he could do, but he had alot of powers that would've translated well into the game.

One things for sure, he better not have that HORRIBLE neck stretch fatality. He needs new moves, but keep the flaming skull, for that was good.

Quan Chi is alive and well, he has to be otherwise where does scorpions storyline go? What is scorpions purpose if he cannot avenge the death of his family? So logically if scorpion is in this time around quan chi is surely there as well.

I like Quan Chi, but I wouldn't really get my hopes up. Scorpion's presence does strongly suggest Quan's return, but hey, people have been saying they want a plot twist for Scorp, so who knows, they might have given him a purpose that has nothing to do with Quan Chi.

Umm....yes. The only reason Scorpion came back in MKII was because he found out that Sub-Zero was back. Now he found out that Sub-Zero didn't kill his family, and Quan Chi did. If Quan Chi isn't in the game, then Scorpion has no point technically.

What makes you think you can assume that Scorpion could have no possible purpose in MKD but to destroy Quan Chi when MKD's plot hasn't even been revealed? Scorpion may have issues with the Dragon King. Anything can happen, especially in MK.

Well, Scorpion is by far the worst character in MK history. Not as a fighter, but story wise. He never ever could complete his goal, and it has been the same one in every game.

Trust me, his story is WAY better then ermacs or rains though.
Scorpion actually has a purpose to live, and hes really important. Hes a must have MK character. Hes been with us since day 1. And what do you mean the worst character? Scorpion easily beats tons of other characters. He is by far way better than stryker and mokap. Hes even better than cyrax and sektor. Scorpion is way popular dude.

I think he an awesome fighter. But he had the same story in every single MK, which means that when we aren't fighting with him, he isn't doing much.

Hmmm, maybe his story will change a little if subzero turns evil. He might become curious, and a whole new plot will be awakened. He will probably wonder why subzero is evil (if he is) and he would try to find out why.

Plus, as far as i can remember, didnt scorpion want to protect the younger subzero? Which means, if the red dragon and sektors army goes after subzero, then scorpion will get involved.
