agreed rain was a dissapointment. weak combos and specials. also i didnt like his costume, but i like the alternate costume

Rain looked awesome. I was excited to see him rejoin the MK cast, but as others have said, his styles are shit, and his weapon was a poor choice.

I like his teleport. He didn't need it, but then again, they gave everyone a teleport...

His water blast was okay, but a poor substitute for his water orb.

That kick move they gave him as atrocious. Fuckin' stupid.

Zi Ran Men was too stiff. It didn't flow or have any good combos.

Storm sword. Another ugly sword with a lame name. Why are all the swords in MK so damn ugly?!
What happened to him having Kira's Dragon Teeth? They looked awesome for him.


I still love Rain though. It's not his fault they fucked him up.

Second, Rain isn't that bad. Could be better, but he certainly isn't terrible.

You call Rain sad?At least he didn't turn out like Kai.Rain isn't bad at all,I use him online all the time and don't lose often.His style is fine,and he can do 90 % via "Air Cancel".He is such a simple charcater to play as.

Most of his moves in "Storm Sword" come from the Stage weapon on "Liu Kang's Tomb" on MKD (I can't remember the name of the weapon.)

But over all,Rain isn't a bad character at all.

Rain is a great character, his combos are just different from other characters. Like I heard somone say that is water kick wasn't good, that is one of the greatest specials in the game if you know when to use it.

Rain, is a pretty damn good fighter, his B+3, F+3 and his 2, F+2, CS are brutal combinations, just watch that video again, his B+3, F+3 got me pretty much everytime, and if the other person ducks it, counter that with his 2, F+2, CS.
