A favorite ever since MKT.
But, I hope he never again makes contact with Ashrah. He has much more important threats to deal with and that would be a totally piss poor ending if she defeated him. He hardly has any history with her and he doesn't even seem to acknowledge her presence.

Before, I was slightly indifferent towards him. But Noob being the original Sub-Zero? What a twist! That gave him a big boost in my book. In my opinion, Noob probably has one of the best storylines in the entire MK cast now. Also, he gets extra brownie points for being one of the only male ninjas that I like (The other being Ermac).
Noob Saibot scores a 9/10 from me.

my 4th fave and he has been in EVERY game except MKDA so far..... altho in MK1 he was sub-zero and in MK3 he was only on the arcade version, and a pallete swap of kano...?

but he was good im MKT and i think he sucked in MK4 and MKD with smoke so i give noob a grand

when I found out he was the original sub-0 it change my whole thoughts about Noob I wasnt a big fan of the noob-smoke pairing so i hope they seperate and I like his story also 9/10

Noob, he is a classic. He was the most mysterious of all the hidden characters, and was up until MK:D when we found out he was none other than the Sub-Zero the 5th. This shocked many people, including me. It was suprising, yet a very good twist. He may not be the most original ninja, and yeah, his moves might be a bit cheap, but he still is a kick-ass character and one of my favorites!

finally a character worth a 10. hes been my favorite since umk3 and mkt and i hope in mka hes not with smoke. also i hope he gets his disabler move back and the shadow toss, and i wouldnt mind him having the monkey fighting style again IF THEY GIVE HIM LONGER COMBOS THEN A THREE HIT. thats the only thing they need to change about the monkey fighting style just add longer combos like a 10 hit or something like most of the other characters had and it would be my fave. I really really hope he makes it out alive in mka cause id love to see him as ruler of the netherealm in mk8, and his design on PS3. If he does die in mka its going to be really hard for me to buy another MK game knowing they wacked my favorite character

The dude's not only the elder Sub-Zero, but he's a living shadow (and i use the term "living" loosely).

With Asrah and Smoke he was probably the most broken character in MKD...
I love the storyline about him being the original sub-zero and he is an EVILLZZZ BLAC NINZA so that's cool with me
but being a cool all black ninja can also be a weakness particularly in a game who already have tons of ninjas, cyber-ninja and female ninjas. it makes him look a bit generic
I give him a 7/10 because being all black makes him invisible in the dark and DANGEROUS! LOLOLZZ

Giving him the twist in MKD made the character somehow relevant, but other than that, there is nothing unique about him. Still 5/10.
Oil black shines nicely in the darkness, Noob Saibot has dug his own grave.

Invincible with him in MKT, but was like puke in MKD. The storyline is magnificent. One of the best in MK. I'm eager to see what they do with him in MKA

I give him a 8/10. He's my fourth fav. character. He's much cooler as "Noob Saibot" than "Sub Zero".

To mimic some people here, i was indifferend to Noob back in the old days of Trilogy and 4. But after i learned that he was the original sub-zero, his storyline interested me.
Play wise, i dont like him. But hes definately not one of the worst characters in deception (cough-Kobra-cough). And i do think that teaming up Noob and Smoke in deception was a good idea, however they should be separated in Armageddon, but there are already like 1000 threads about that.
All in all, good storywise, okay playwise ... 6/10
