I thought Reiko was okay in MK4.I think the reason why Reiko and the rest of the new people from MK4 werent that popular because of their combos and special moves.Most of their moves were clones and everyone in MK4/Gold had the same exact combo.That's whats holding the MK4 charcters back IMO.

i agree with u but i think that reiko and some people from mk4 were ok but some were just pathetic copied moves example jarek hes fatalties was jst like kanos the laser so some mk4 people had copied moves and some didnt

Reiko was originally supposed to be noob saibot but reiko was put in instead. In his ending it showed him returning to outworld and sitting on the throne with the skull helmet coming on him. Was reiko really shao kahn, in the gameboy color version of MK4 it said in his ending about him returning to rule outworld and torturing the earth realm again

I hope reiko never returns in any MK ever again. IMO he was horrible, and his story sucked worst than he did. I think hes nothing but a filler, they could do way better than him and without him.

I liked Reiko. I was good with him and thought his moves were pretty good. But I hate all the "Reiko is Shao Kahn" or "Reiko is Shao Kahn's body double" crap. IMO Reiko was better as an enigmatic charcater we didn't know anything about or who he was really loyal to.

Its been said before, but Boon and most the current MK design team hate Reiko, so I wouldn't be expecting to see him anytime soon. Other than maybe in Konquest mode.

i mostly think reiko is going to be in mk:d because hell add a great story to mk:d since shao kahn is dead then maybe hes going to serve the DA know that shao was killed so he will have a new master.and i think that reiko will be awesome in mk:d with new fatalties him in more 3-d and i hope the keep the fataltie wher he kicks u and u go flying it will be cool!

I think Reiko should come back so they can explain his story better. And his connection to Kahn.

I think the only way we will ever see Reiko again is if we reach the Netherealm in Konquest mode.

Reiko never spoke a word so mabey you fight Reiko in the Netherealm and if you beat him, you unlock a secret.

Reiko was a poor character. Acomplte lack of imagination and a huge waste of a slot for MK4/Gold. He was a clone in his own way, but slightly different. He was fun to play as and had cool moves. everything else was awful. His story was worse than he was. That whole 'Reiko is Shao Kahn' debate was probably used to give him attention!

Reiko could have had potential but it was all wasted with an almost cloned look, a cloned move and a poor srory. I hope he does not return!

no dude reiko was not a lame charchter and he didnt have a bad storylinr i think he was cool good fataltie good moves

I 110% agree with you. I even made a post on how much I hated Reiko. From his unimaginative appearence, to his craptastic moves and fatalities, to his atrocious storyline. He was one of those characters who made me sick to my stomach to watch and play with... and Stryker is even worse. He should never return, hes one of those characters who should either stay dead (if he ever dies) or never comes back (from his "secret" realm). Hes one of the few characters in the entire MK Universe that I dont care to read up on or know about, and I love the character storylines and general plot of MK almost more than the actual gameplay of the game. He was nothing but a poor filler. Perhaps if he got a completely different appearence, move set, fatalites, and new motives to why he returns then perhaps ill consider him as a decent character. Bottom line, he blows... sorry bud.
