It's kinda like a double edged sword. I am happy ass hell to see pics and updates,then after I feel like crap because it's just one more thing that will not surprise me later. So if we see it three months from now cool if we don't see or hear anything new till the game is released I will still be happy as hell to see all the good stuff. DSB

I thought Reptile looked atrocious. I hope I don't get the same reaction from Kabal, Smoke, and the others.

smoke is gonna be dramatically different too just like reptile and, their new designs: smoke from MK:D, and reptile form MKDA are gonna be hated by many that likes those 2 fighters.

smoek will end up like reptile i am almost certain of it that smoke will stink, and have dumb special moves(no he wont have the spear at least, thats positive)

I disagree. I think Reptile was the best he's ever looked. In MK4 he looked atrocious. But you are entitled to your opinion.

I hope Smoke has changed a lot. I say all characters need to get as far away from the pallatte swapped looks as possible.

smoke is gonna be bad ass. he is gonna be a smoke figure. NOT like blaze. Do you know what i mean? like a bunch of smoke in the form of a body but you can tell he doesnt have flesh. Every time you punch him your characters arm goes through the smoke and some smoke kinda drifts away.

You're not the only one. I thought he looked excellent, minus the tail. It's just that some people are disapointed because he didn't look like a green MK2 ninja.

I know you can't tell us what he looks like, but can you atleast answer this? Will Midway give us an explanation as to why Smoke looks so much different?

I think the MK Team wanted Reptile to look like the Mortal Kombat Movie Reptile. His look was alright but, they should of gave him an alternate costume with him being the MK2 Ninja.

Just curious,but iownyou,what type of connection do you have to midway and the mk team,its obvious you know alot more than 95% of the people here about mk:deception.So what connection do you have,if you cant reveal it thats alright.Have a nice day.

Last time I asked him about that he said he found it on the internet. He must have some wonderful magical internet, cause I ain't found nothing pertaining to what he says.

Yeah, I was wanting to know where he has been this whole time and what caused him to change. I hope they clear that up in his story.

I'd be happy with not seeing A SINGLE photo/render/picture of anymore characters. When I played DA for the first time, I had no idea about half of the things mentioned on the forums, including who was going to be there, character looks (except for Quan Chi and Shang Tsung), and the basic story; I didn't even know that Liu Kang was going to be killed off! But I trust the guys at Midway, even after the creation of MK 4, and I trust that whatever these characters look like, or how the overall game turns out, it'll be to my liking.

Anyway I think I do see a pattern it also took them a while to reveal cerain characters. We'll wait to see what we will see.

I thought Reptile looked awesome! I've liked all of his looks in all the games.

As for Smoke, Kabal and the rest, I'm happy to wait to see them. I want some surprises left for MKDs release.

Finally a decent topic. I too think that they are delaying screenshots/renders of characters we haven't seen for the same reasons.

As for Reptile's look in MKDA, I think it was the best. I'm always up for changes. I can't wait to see how they have changed Smoke.
