I think Tanya would work well with these 2, especially Savate. For a second call, Ben or liu kang would do well with them also.

I'm not familar with either of these two styles. Do you have any info on them?

Yes I could see Liu using either of these. Don't know much about Ben, though I think he's gonna take over karate as one of his styles. Don't ask me why I just have feeling.

They're perfect for her! Savate is perfect for her as her speed and her kick special moves would mix well with it! She'd be devastating!

As for Pencak Silat, this would help with the annoyer side of play for Tanya. The defense moves in particular will be frustrating for the oppoenent!

Glad you approve. But really do you think that these styles stand a chance of making it in the game? Regardless of who they go too? I hope so they are both very good styles and would fit Tanya perfectly.

I hope so man. With a bit of research on the MK Teams behalf and a little motion capture, it could very well happen.

Kira or Tanya should have Savate.

Pencak Silat could be given to anybody, but i think it would fit well with Kira

Kira for Pencak Silat? Yeah that's alright. But I agree Tanya should definitely have Savate.

Does anyone know of the "new" styles that are going to be in the game? I know there were a couple of new style names seen in the second vid, but I wasn't familiar with them. I don' know maybe these two styles just aren't popular enough to be implemented. I still want them though.

I don't know of any other styles other than those in the vids and pics.

But I agree, those styles would be bomb for Tanya. Personally though, I think it would be cool is she had one really fast and deadly style and then a second much slower more methodic stance as well so you could play mind games with your opponents.

Well there are a great number of different styles for the MK team to choose from. I just hope Savate and Pencak Silat don't get lost in the shuffle so to speak..

Savate is a style for a big and strong character and becose there is no one like that in MKD i would say nobody

I don't agree. Savate is like a French answer to MT Kickboxing or even Tae Kwan Do as it relies heavily on Kicks. Most styles that tend to go to "Big" "Strong" Characters are styles that deal more with fists, and Grappling and Throwing...Sumo for axample or Wrestling. Also Even though it's a 2D game, Jetta from EC happens to practice both of these styles and She's hands down the fastest and possibly the smallest person in that game.

Like in Eternal Champions, R.A.X. had Muay Thai Cyber Kick Boxing so Smoke could really pull it off.Smoke reminds me of a strong and aggresive player and I think that he can really put the hurtin on somebody with it. Zi Quan is a type of drunken fist fighting style. It was used by Brad Wong in DOA3.
