Just doing a frame by frame of the new IGN footage. When scorpion teleports, he jumps, there's a little black smoke, and he shrinks down to nothing, like he's jumping completely out of perspective to the rest of the 3D environment. The black smoke circles toward the other end of the other character, and Scorpion comes out tiny, grows, and hits with a flaming kick.

Sounds like a lot, but it happens really fast. Maybe 7 frames in quicktime.
