i thought it was the most brutal fatality yet, i mean that is torture. i hope that they discarded his arm rip and this is only one of his fatalities.
i am getting sick of hearing "that fatality sucks", its like everytime a fatality comes out some has to bitch about it.

Here we go again! 24 more days of complaints about fatalities. By the way, Scorp's fatality kicks ass.

My only complaint is that I think the cracking sound of his neck is kind of weak, I'd want it to be more bassy so that you hear it and FEEL it like in your chest. Maybe just make it louder and turn the bass up on it, so that when you hear the bone snap its just like...Oh my God!

Look at all of the great fatalities. They had some mutilating ending. Kung Lao's slice in half, Sub-Zero's Spine Rip, even Scorpion's own toasty. You can show a neckbreaking in a PG-13 movie, that to me, makes the fatality lame. But of course, this board is full of Scorpion fan bois, so no one would ever say anything bad about it. Personally I think Ashrah's fatalities are 10 times cooler than this dud.

It's nonsensical though, you don't think it's an anticlimax? He breaks their neck? It's too realistic. Fatalities should be theatrical, Dramatic, and fatalities like this one, which involve multiple mutilations should build on each other.
Mileena's is a perfect example; rip off the leg and knock off the head with it. Scorpion breaking their neck makes no sense.
If he'd impaled them on their own leg, or disemboweled them or something it would be good, but the neck break is the least violent of the three attacks which makes it very anticlimatic.

The arm rip was awesome. It had an actual dramatic build up. You rip off the arms and then you knock of their torso with the arms.
That's what a fatality with two parts should be like:
Part 1: Violent
Part 2: EXTREMELY VIOLENT
this one is just:
Part 1: Violent
Part 2: Violent
Part 3: meh...
there's no pay off. It's a lame fatality, and I won't be using it much. Please tell me someone here has the intellectual capacity here to atleast understand why I think it's lame, whether or not they agree with me.

I generally don't complain. I've thought everything with MKD has been awesome other than a few fatalities.

Well my favorite Scorpion fatality in any MK is when he summons all of those other "clones" of himself and they run at his opponent and then the screen goes black and you hear the opponent getting beaten to death.
The thing I noticed that just seems weird to me is that obviously Scorpion is using a harpoon with a rope on the end. The question I have is, why is he using his spear like the Movie Scorpion?

IMO, Scorpion's "Spear Decapitation" Fatality from MK:DA is just awesome. Strong, brutal, painful and gets the job done.
This "rip off arm, rip off leg than break neck" shit is just boring. It's like the MK team ran out of ideas, so they have to exaggerate everyrhing while making it dull. Want to do something good for a change ? Bring back some CLASSIC Fatalities !
