Sektor was never annouced. Also I doubt there was any need to say anything about his spelling. If there was, than something needs to be said about your manners on here.

But in E3 screen, he appeared as simple unlockable -if we suppose that was really Sektor-, so he would have must appearing in the source code... This is not the case, this is why I doubt seriously that he will be in the game... And Raiden appeared in the source code, but he wasn't yet foreseen as a simple unlockable, cause he didn't appear on E3 screen...
