I'm not trying to be macho by saying I only play as dude characters, thats just how it is. I speak from experience when I say, female charcters aren't popular with dude gamers (unless the characters in question have big tits). Let me ask you this: when you first open up mk vs dc, who are you going to play as first; the joker or catwoman?

That depends on the story mode
But personally I always play male characters I just don't like you generalising.

I have Sonya, and I'm happy to have her, but I really wish Mileena or Sindel would have made it.

out of those two catwoman. the first three characters i'll play with will be girls.

I'm going to play as Catwoman and i'm not just sayin that, she's my fav character, go search this forum and you'll see most of my threads are about her,lol. I wouldn't want you making any fighting games, an all male cast? No thanks. So just because your brothers and friends don't play as females you're going to let that make you think that no GUY plays as females? Not to say there are dudes out there that have an affinity for Kitana or whatever. just take a poll here of everyone's favorite character, here on MKO, number one will be scorpion, two will be raiden or subby or reptile or whomever, and sonya or kitana will probably be down there in fifth or sixth place.

The only reason to that would be there being more male characters

And why are there more male characters? Midway knows dude characters are more popular. the only fighting game I can think of that has an all female cast is Rumble Roses (And we all know that game is super popular, right?!)

Usually the females are novelty. What would happen if the overabundance of females would get out of hand? There is a purpose and reason behind why the male is represented more numerously.

I didn't ask rather he had a point. I asked what his age was, thats what I want to know. This stuff about what would happen if the females out number the males just came out of NO where and has nothing to do with what we were ORIGINALLY discussing which we ended a while back.

Catwoman. No doubt at all.

But we all know it's first going to be Sonya Blade, the tough leading babe of MK.

Then Catwoman.

THEN I am going to play with the awesome male cast of MK and DC (Joker on top of my list as well).

Wonderwoman looks awful and very ugly (even worst then her render), but she looks more fun and better then Kitana, who was almost-completely screwed.

Point is: FEMALES ROCK. So give us Mileena and Sindel! (and the dc babes I mentioned)

I also know enough people who prefer them then the males because of the uniqueness they provide and the versatility. I love how they always seem to feel more agile, acrobatic, etc, not that bulky and slow and all muscles.

So yeah, I agree with this thread: We need more.
