The hottest render so far. But is still behind scorpian and sub-zero. Shang Tsung seems to be aging in his picture. Has he finally began to lose half of his power? You Decide.

Its a good render. But I don't like the look of Shang Tsung. I don't find the over all look to be anything interesting.

I'm not one to be a purest (well not all of the time), and definatley don't encourage stereotypes. But I prefer the sort of Fu Manchu stereotype derivation that Shang has always been.

This new Shang... well... He doesn't look like Shang Tsung at all to me.

Though I don't mind the new look at all, I also would prefer the fu manchu look. Even if it was just in the facial hair! Instead we have a satan goatee...zzzzz

Shang looks great. They've done a good job with this render.

But, indeed, as Chrome said, he lost a bit of his eminent vizierish persona; now he looks just like an average thug, not like a royal sorcerer. Well, at least gray hairs and wrinkles do some of the trick.

Now that I look at it further, they kind of combined his "slightly old look" in his forehead/face a little bit" with his younger form. Notice he doesn't look "quite as young as MK2/MK3"

I was never a huge fan of his "royal look" to be honest, to me that portray's "good" and Shang is anything but good....

I personally don't like his costume... too old school MKish.
I liked his MKDA costume better, they shouldve stuck with it instead.
Anyway.. Shang Tsung himself looks great. Can't wait to try him out.

Personally, I preferred his MK3 look....much more lean and athletic. Hopefully it will be his alt.
