Two words can describe both of those characters: fil-ler. With the window for returning characters narrowing, we don't need shit characters like them in MKD.

Jarek is Kano rip-off and hsu-Hao isn't very good too. They won't come back.

Jarek should come back but with different moves...he had cool fatalities and his sory was awesome.

Hsu Hao had the best fatality in MKDA and his story is greatII Dont you wanna see Kabal kick his ass?

Hsu hao....is....um.....horrible...and...umm....yeah, horrible, i hope he NEVER makes any kind of debut in MK whatsoever. Can you say....filler?

And omg, Jarek is even WORST. Kano rip off, horrible character, no detailed backround, and a boring arsenal of moves, not to mention fatalities.

IMO, 2 of the worst characters ever. I'll have to admit, hsu hao did have good combos, and a decent fatality, but overall, its not worth having him in.

Hsu Hao wore a hat that gays wear at bars i saw it on amovie before. and Jarek was a rip off of Kano with those laser eyes! They sucked no offense!

They're both dead, and Jarek should be left to rot. Nothing but a Kano wannabe.

With a better wrestling style and decent outfit, Hsu Hao could have been pretty cool. But I think he was only intended for one role, and his time has passed.

persly i think hsu hao was a good character. was quite hard to beat. would like him to make a return, mavado tho is another question
