Should MK:Deception Have 'ROBOTS' in it?

Has ther been a green cyborg???

Personally I don't really like the cyborgs in MK. But I think Sektor will make it into the game, since he's got his own clan now, and new storyline potential. I'd be happy to see the other two on the scrapheap.

I actually wrote about a cyborg called Savage. He was the Lin Kuei's final project. He was their master shape shifter Lin Ku. He was a platinum cyborg that was supposed to kill the other three and Sub-Zero. He would be able to morph into cybernetic animals, based on his ninjitsu skills. He went insane and destroyed everyone in the old Lin Kuei order. He was behined the scenes in the assassination of Khan and the war between Kitana and Khan. He is a drifter and no one knows his purpose, but he has no mercy or emotion for any one or thing.

I actually liked the Cyborgs a great deal. They gave Mortal Kombat 3 a very dark feel to it, in my opinion. I like the fact that Sub-Zero denounced the clan and ditched his mask, only to have the first three cybernetic ninjas programmed to track down the rogue ninja. It led for some very interesting story ideas.
What I don't like, however, is Cyrax joining Sonya and Jax's wussy-ass Special Forces. That was just crap. Sonya and Jax, alongside characters like Kitana, Kano, and Liu Kang, LONG wore out their welcome. All those characters have basically the same damn boring story line in each game. The cybernetic ninjas were the last group of really 'bad-ass new characters.' Face it, Mortal Kombat 4's new character roster was a joke (Shinnok, Tanya, Kai, Jarek, Reiko? Please, Fujin and Quan Chi were the games saving points), as where most of Deadly Alliance's new characters (I could have done with Li Mie, a horrible Mileena rip-off, Hsu Hao, who looks like he belongs in some homoerotic version of Street Fighter, Bo Rai Cho, quite possibly the worst character ever, and Drahmin, who's just friggin' stupid). Some people might think that the cybernetic ninjas don't belong in Mortal Kombat (BS, but that's not really the point I'm trying to make), but at least they served a purpose. They were cool and really helped the story line.
Anyway, I say bring back all three. Cyrax, for better or worse, is now part of Sonya and Jax's fruity little outfit, so he should come back. Sektor started his own clan of cybernetic ninjas in Japan that has spread like a virus and is set to over-run the country, so he should come back (maybe with new cybernetic recruits as well). And finally Smoke, Smoke either needs to come back as a cyborg or turns out to be killed sometime between Mortal Kombat 3 and Deception. Smoke can't go back to his human form (and why would anyone want him to is beyond me). They can give him back his soul, as was done with Cyrax, but he's too much machine now to go back to being completely human. Even his ending in MK Trilogy states that human Smoke is nothing more than memories in cybor Smoke's mind.
Smoke was such an uninteresting character from the start, essentially a rip-off of Scorpion with smoke coming out of his body. In Mortal Kombat 3, turning him into a cyborg at least gave him an interesting story line. Combine that with his freindship with Sub-Zero (and Sub-Zero leaving the clan, which lead to Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke sent to track him down) gave Smoke a very 'human' story line, ironicly. Smoke eventually regained his memories of his friend, Sub-Zero, and remembered all that he lost, but the damage was done. He's probably too dependant on the cybernetics in him to survive without them anyway.
But I digress... We know that Sektor challenged Sub-Zero for the leadership of the Lin Kuei, and lost. So Sektor fled to Japan to start his own clan to rival the Lin Kuei. That's serious potential for Deception's story line. On the good side, you have the Lin Keui, the Special Forces, and what's left of the White Lotus Society/Order of Light. On the opposite side, you have the Red Dragons, the Black Dragons (if they weren't extinct after Deadly Alliance), and the Tekunin. Plenty of rivalry to go around: Special Forces vs Red Dragons and Lin Keui vs Tekunin.
I know I rambled a lot, so to end it, Cyrax and Sektor really need to be back (for the Special Forces and Tekunin purposes) and Smoke needs to come back as a cyborg or not at all (you can't fully undo the automazation process, see Cyrax in Deadly Alliance). If Sektor returns to represent the Tekunin, then maybe one or two new cybernetic ninjas can make their debut in Deception as well (of course they would be part of the Tekunin). I mean if Deception can have four or so male ninjas, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Ermac, and Noob Siabot, all with varied looks, then why can't Deception also have Cyrax, Sektor, and one or two new Tekunin cyborgs (either that or Cyrax, Sektor, Smoke, and a new Tekunin member) with varied looks as well?

Hehe, thanks. :)
But yeah, Cyrax killing off Sonya and Jax would be a nice touch, or at least one of them. I don't care which one, but the whole Sonya/Jax/Kano thing has been done to death. Kano needs to be killed off already (assuming Mavado didn't do it in MK: DA) and either Sonya or Jax needs to go. Personally I think Jax is cooler if he went back to his MK 2 days. He was tolerable, albeit retarded, in part 3 with his metal arms, but man was he a waste in MK 4 and especialy DA. Sonya's the same way. She was a great character in MK 3, but her story was so uninteresting in MK 4 and DA. Same old crap over and over again.
Sektor should get his hands on Cyrax and reprogram that bastard to work against the Special Forces from the inside.

Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke have been given enthralling stories and have become essential parts of the MK world... Until they're killed off.
I'd want all of them to have the same first costume, Cyrax's first costume from MK:DA... But in their own trademark colors. Their second costumes however, Unique to just them (minus cyrax who already has one).
