So, anyone else looking forward to the comic based on this game?

Are you really that much of fanboyish prick to believe that DC writers would just clean sweep the entire cast of MK just so DC would win? Do you have any idea how absolutely juvenile that sounds? That kind of bullshit doesn't move sales.

Your attitude needs to stop, seriously. You are steadily becoming one of most negative people in this section of the forum. Just chill out a bit bro, please.

Evidently. What's your vendetta against DC Comics anyway? Did they screw you out of a contest prize or something?

I've always been one of the most negative people on MKO period. I'm no different than I was four years ago.

Not really. The only comic series I read is Buffy Season 8, and that's just because the show is over.
I might check it out if Sonya had a big role. If not, eh.

In all the past MK comic books (the canon ones, the Malibu series, and other-extra-lesser-unknown-but-still-awesome ones), Sonya's always had a primary role and has been presented as a main character along with a few of the other icons. She has always been portrayed extremely well and with accuracy, making her cool to watch and fun to read.
Hopefully, if these comic books do come out, there’s no exception. I’d love to see her kick some as* and interact with others of the cast.

Other than the fact that their characters suck, the stories suck, there's too many goddamn earths, too many similarities with character names and the lives of most of the characters are basically perfect?
Only good thing to come from DC was Lobo. And Doomsday just because he killed that boy scout bastard Superman.
Perhaps you should focus on your own negativity instead of other people's?

Welcome to the world of fiction. Enjoy your stay.
P.S. I hope DC finally gives you your prize one day.

Then maybe it's time you find a forum with people who best suit your ego. Because from where I'm sitting. I haven't found anyone here to match your criteria.

Not all fiction has to be like DC.

I have. Chrome.
Now kids, behave already!
*slaps all of you*
With that done, lets get back on topic, can we?
I hope the COMIC BOOK of this game isnt just one single issue, it would be awesome to see more characters and the way the story could be developed in at least 4-6 books (of course, I would obviously rather have more)

Well let's see. Superman has a steady paying job and is damn near invincible. Batman's rich as hell. Green Arrow is also rich as hell if I remember correctly. Don't know what the Flash does. Lex Luthor is rich as hell.
Is everyone rich in the DCU?

So as long as they're employed, their lives are perfect? Regardless of dead partners, murdered girl/boyfriends, rape, death, torture, miscarriages....as long as they have a job, it's just a cakewalk.
Almost all Marvel characters have jobs. I guess they all lead perfect lives, too.

I guess the DC characters can always just go cry into piles of money huh? Too bad the mutants suffer persecution in Marvel, and Iron Man is an alcoholic. let's not forget that Punisher lost his family. The Hulk has to be careful all the time not to get angry lest he kill people. yeap, real pefrect eh?

Only two major DC characters are rich. And out of those two only one enjoys it (Ollie). Bruce derives no pleasure from his wealth and, as a matter of fact, it has been stated that pretty much no one has ever seen Bruce truly happy for even a moment.
Let's talk about Tim Drake, who benefits from Bruce wealth shall we? His mother was kidnapped and poisoned.
The girl he fell in love with was kidnapped, tortured, and eventually "died" (though her death was faked he didn't know that).
and his father well, let me just sum that up with this:

So much worse than having everyone you love systematically murdered. Also, his a wealthy playboy who enjoys his money and is respected by pretty much everyone in the world, cry me a river.

Hulk's never killed anyone, the part of banner still in him does the math in his head while he's rampaging to avoid casualties. But yes, Hulk does have a bad life
Then there are people with absolutely perfect lives in Marvel:
Reed Richards, Sue Richards, and Johnny Storm are rich, respected, and powerful.
Peter Parker was leading a good life fine up until he revealed his identity in Civil War. And after making the deal with Mephisto he's on top of the world again.
Hell, outside of the general Mutant community (which has been reduced to about 10% of what they once where and are moving to the west coast where they are more accepted) and Punisher, and Bruce Banner, most of the Marvel heroes personal lives aren't that bad.
DC characters lives tend to suck in general
Marvel characters lives tend to be fine, but go through major crisis every now and then.
