I would say Midway doesn't give a f*ck about Europe.

releasing a game on three systems throughout the globe costs money. Midway had already gone through finance problems before. I can only assume that the reason it wasn't released yet was to make money then release it. And I'd say the same for the PAl gamecube version.

If you pre oreder from GAME they give you a DVD, thats all i think

I hope there will be a mk:d premuim pack , I want that mk 1 arcade game ... I hope that midway release it in europe ...

One of my friends has contact Midway and asked them about Kollectors Edition in Europe. Here is there answer:
Thank you for contacting Midway Games. There has been no confirmation at this time of a premium pack for the PAL systems.
