I don't know if anyone has posted a thread about this already so if there is then sorry. Anyway, I didn't know whether to post this in a Deadly Alliance thread or Deception so I put it in here. Its concerning the Krypt, I was playing the other day and unlocked a character concept picture of him and some alternate head wear they were thinking about giving him. Has anyone seen this Concept of Dairou?

Yeah, the krypt in DA. It says he's a mercenary and they couldn't put him in DA.

Yeah...I just read that, too. I used to have it unlocked but there was a mess up with my memory card and I lost everything. But I unlocked it again not long ago and read how he was some violent samuri who was banned from his group. (shrugs) Guess there's no pitty for the wicked looking...

Damn, the picture I unlocked just shows him with different possibilitys of head wear. It did not say anything about shang, dragon king, or being a samurai.

Dairou was supposed to be in DA, but because of time constraints, they couldn't add him. Thus he made it into MKD.

Now all we need is Zebron and this game is set.

Taken from MK: DA:
Dairou., trained in the ways of the samurai, was too bloodthirsty to abide by their code of honour. The two-swords technique is Dairou's signature, his opponents reduced to streaming fountains of blood in the wake of his flashing steel blades. Shang Tsung offered Dairou an army of the undead in exchange for the protection of his palace. Time didn't allow his inclusion in this version of the game, but maybe next time?
Well now that we have seen him in Deception, you can tell that a few things have changed:
A: He don't have this "Twin swords technique" no more.
and B: His role was to protect Shang Tsung's palace, but as you know ..*SPOILER*.. his palace gets destoryed in the intro.
I still think the "Trained in the ways of the samurai, was too bloodthirsty to abide by their code of honour." bit still stands, which I like very much.
Also, could be nothing, but in his Deception screens, it looks like he has the Red Dragon symbol on his forehead...

I'm not sure what his story will be now, but maybe he will still have a connection with Shang Tsung.
I'd like to see that symbol on his head clearly. It's hard to make out if it really is the Red Dragon symbol, but I dont think it will be. He does seem like he'll be evil, and he looks badass! He'll be one to watch in MKD.
