something i noticed on wii version

sometimes when i am fighting and get knocked down i noticed that the computer guy jumps into the air and stomps you. this is not a special move as ive noticed at least several different characters do it. i've only played the xbox version a couple times so i dont know if its on that version or just on wii. anyone know how to do this move? i've tried looking on game faqs but so far i have found nothing. can someone please help?

it looks almost like hsu haos jump stomp move but their feet do not glow. but like i've said i've seen different characters do this but you must be knocked down or in a laying down position. just saw reptile do it this morning.
I've done it. None too surprising, but can the PS2 and Xbox do that too?

what?? Damnit, we want this to, that sounds awesome. I know it doesn't work on the box so Im not even going to go try. Cool lil feature they through in there for the wii users. I would not have bought it thought because it lacks severe game value = no online play.
