I for one am looking forward to 3-d renderings of the weaponry ( armory ) stage of MKII and the return of the acid bath, complete with a stage fatality. I also really liked the House of Pekara as well.

From what i've gathered, DA was supposed to be bigger than it actually was, and the designers and artists had great concepts. However, these concepts never got implemented due to time constraints. I bet midway will inlcude their favorite concepts in deception, as well as all the new ones they developed.

I think the Cave Arena is in MKD.If you keep pausing the trailer at certain scenes there is a stage where Sub-Zero is falling off of a cliff which could be the cave arena.There is also one where Baraka and Scorpion are standing getting ready to fight.Check out Konqrr's site he has alot of still images from the trailer.

I recall seeing the test of the Blade Arena on MKDA. That's got death trap written all over it!

Ah...the Senate Of Elder Gods. That's what I meant in my 1st post. Yes, that was interesting. The cave was too excellent to keep on the side. I agree with it being an awesome death trap. It would be sort of like Pit 4. lol

GrinningEvilDeath, I totally agree with you as well! I loved the Prison stage in MK:4, and that arena reminded me so much of it. I think it would kickass now that major improvements have been made to the game.

The stages i would love to see is the warriou shrine from mk1. Also the living forest from mk2 and also the pit 2. From mk3 i would love to see the street stage for some reason, and also the soul chamber. From mk4 i would like to see tower where it is raining and also that one stage with the huge fans its the prison stage i think from MKMSZ.

I wish the Lung Hai temple arena would return, but this time with the sea dragon stage fatality! Dang! It was so sad to not see that happen! That was probably the most unique stage fatality ever!

Swamplands would be awesome.

I actually want to see the Water Temple areana. They had a good sketch and I was upset that they didn't have it.>:0

Yep, she beat ya to it shang_heihachi. It was the one you didnt want to "dig up". Anyway, this may not be exactly on topic, but I would like to see the stage that was supposed to have the Sea Dragon. I know it was in MKDA, but the Sea Dragon fatality would kik butt IMO.
