Batman is overrated. I'm never going to believe a fighter can ALWAYS win against EVERYBODY, just because the writers make a point of him having a brain. This idea that "Batman will win as long as he has prep time" is laughable, unless every single one of Batman's foes is a total noob.
So, just for the absurd way Batman is written, I say Scorpion.
