Correct me if im wrong but didnt noobs bio say he will only be loyal to smoke now? I cant rememeber where I saw it but.. yeah im sure thats what it said, so that could be one reason he may not be a sub-boss because noob-smoke are on there own together.

I can't wait to be fight noob/smoke. To me he's a cool character but he will probably be a pushover. Reason I think that is because he's just two regular characters in one. There is no super strength just the ability to switch in between two characters at will. Noob/Smoke is a good idea and all but I don't think he's gonnna be tough but the cool factor is through the roof.

There is no defined prereqs to being a sub boss. Who says that the Sub Boss has to have anything to do with Onaga? Perhaps Noob Smoke are on their own mission to kill all the MK fighters and they position themselves so Onaga is the bait. We don't know for sure anything yet, but what we do have to go off of is that in the playable versions of the game they were in fact the sub boss.

It would be cool if theres was another sub-boss, and its a girl. I think it would be more interesting if there was a girl sub-boss. For that, I would choose Kitana as a sub-boss.I hope she turns evil.

She IS kinda evil. Have you seen Sindel bio? How she's gonna go and try to rescue Kitana with Jade cuz Onaga has taken control of her? It's like the same story back years ago, when Kitana's trying to save her (evil) mother Sindel from Shao Kahn. He had a spell on her, and it's basically the same shit here. Now Kitana as a sub-boss, that WOULD be awesome. They'd need to come up with a cool costume though. Her MK:DA costumes pretty much sucked, made her look cheap and stupid, so if she is a character in this game as super-unlockable, it'd be cool if she looks like some of the fanart I've seen on this site. I wouldn't mind having her as a sub-boss cuz it'd be a change from all the other sub-bosses we've had in the past

I don't believe that we need several sub-bosses... And I don't see what would bring more a girl sub-boss... A sub-boss remains a sub-boss, male or female, and in MKD, this is Noob Smoke, end of the story... :/

Maybe we could see a special fight occur at the end of Deception? I'm thinking maybe a story fight then a fight with a character like Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Damashi (or Fujin) or Kitana (maybe Super Unlockables?).

A big Sub-Boss would be cool, but I agree that Onaga kind of takes away the need for a big character.
I think if they had something cool like a Kintaro character they would have shown it by now. All this "Wait till the game comes out" stuff is getting kind of retarded because it's gona be out in a few weeks. What you see is what you get.

i guess having onaga as a boss does eliminate the need for a monstrous sub-boss. i just thought that was a prerequisite for MK games.

The "Chimera" rumor began because the sub-boss thought that he had more than a head, and if you pay attention to the selection screen, Noob - Smoke has 2 heads there.
Noob - Smoke is the sub-boss for his fake loyalty to the Dragon King, because Noob only it's hoping to reunite sufficient army & power to betray Onaga.
Noob - Smoke it's the one & only sub-boss of the MK: Deception. End of the Story.

Anyway I think that Noob Smoke would be a good one. Possibly the best. He hits hard and hes fast. It makes more since then using your hit and run tactics like on Moloch. No pun intended at all. Hit and run.

Why not? Instead of having one person "protect" you why not have 2 people lay the smack down so you don't need to be worn down from weak fighters constantly wasting your time? And who says that they are appointed Onaga's protection? As you can tell Onaga really needs no protection. Perhaps they were appointed their "sub boss" status to show their loyalty. You make it sound as if Onaga is weak when you say "are they a healthy choice for protection." Shoa Kahn deffinately didn't need Kintaro or Motaro for protection against one fighter, look at what good they did and Shoa Kahn lasted until he was removed from the MK spotlight in MKDA. Personally I think there is too much whining and bitching over the fact that Noob Smoke is the sub boss. Would you rather not have them in the game?

If you look up the scientific definition of chimera its a person with different DNA inside of its body in different places, so basically its like 2 in one. The chimera rumour came from boon sayin it would have 2 heads. noob/smoke has 2 head so hes the sub boss as far as we all know (well most of us lol, some people are special)
