,quan chi,shinnok and he killed scorpion twice.
He also defeated scoorpion in umk3.
young sub traind 24/7 to aquire his fighting skills and kori powers and he won a hard battle
with sektor to get the dragon medallion,scorpion
gets more powerful the longer he stays in hell.
I think sub zero is more worthy of victory.
I think in the end they'll just keep fighting.

I don't really think that that will happen, because:
Scorpion's only goal is to kill Quan Chi, so the alley persisting of Sub-Zero and Scorpion can only be, if their goal is to kill the sorcerer. And what good would that do (And why should Sub-Zero do that?)? Because if they WOULD be allies and if they WOULD achieve their goal of defeating Quan Chi, then Scorpion's mission is completed and his soul can finally rest. And if that happens, then there will be no Scorpion, and I think that Ed Boon wouldn't let that happen, because 1st of all: It's his favourite player. And 2nd: The fans love him too much.

Sub-Zero would most likely win. Fight starts, Scorpion throws cruddy spear, Sub dodges it and freezes scorpion. Walks up to Scorpion, uppercuts him and Scorpion explodes, end.

What reason would they have for fighting?
It would make more sense if they teamed up.
Scorpion can help Subby beat the Tekunin and Red Dragon,and Subby can help Scorpion rack down Quan Chi.Together they would be invincible.

But if they fought against each other I assure you it would be a spectactular battle.But Scorpion would win since he is Ed Boon's favoritej/k

The battle could go either way for the Sixth Subby and Scorps.

But the Original Subby can beat Scorpion anytime. He defeated him twice in Mythologies. And he beat a horde of Netherealm creatures far more powerful than Scorpion.
