Scorpion is the greatest videogame character of all time, I cannot forsee another videogame character with such GOD-LIKE personalities and perservarance as Scorpion. Not even the mighty Mario or Link is as prominent as scorpion!

You just can't beat Scorpian. I used to love hearing the "get over here" from the MK2 arcade machine A LONG time ago. Ever since almost everyone loves Scorpian. If Scorpian ever leaves MK almost all the MK fans will leave too, unless another miracle character appears...

They're jumping on the storyline suggestions not sub-zero. The sub fans will be just as rapid as the scorpion fans. The forums are slow now. Think back last year when alliance was out and these discussions would get vicious. I've come into countless threads where it's "oh my god original sub would kill scorpion!!! Scorpion has no chance!!!"

Ok I am a very big Sub-Zero fan. Now to the question of scorpion vs Sub-Zero. This is one of those questions that really has no answer. These two are the strongest, best, and most popular characters in MK history. Their popularity are equal. Their strengths are also equal. Although I'm very tempted to say that subby would pound scorpion into the ground, which he could. There is the flip side where scorpion could do the same to sub-zero. One can't say that scorpion is stronger, or subzero is stronger. At times one or the other does seem to have the upper hand, but overall they are equal. I believe many of you will agree with me on this. This has been my two cents.

Of course, that's what I was waiting for someone to say. They are both equal. And why is everyone saying that that the older Sub-Zero went to the netherealm. I don't remember him going to hell because he died. If i'm wrong tell me. But I can't imagine how the older Sub-Zero would get away with being a demon. Wouldn't his youger brother, having a kinder heart than him, kill him. If he was a wise and kind person, as said in the game, I think he would kill him for the sake of earth. His powers would be to powerful. Try adding Drahmin, who is supposed to be powerful (not gameplay though, yet not bad) or even Moloch and then adding his ninja powers. Now that would be totally unfair.

Well I do agree with what Izzy_daman said about how it can't really be determined who is stronger between Sub-Zero and Scorpion.

I think perhaps Scorpion should be reborn as a new character.

As for Sub-Zero, he should either be reborn as a new character or just be a wandering spirit.

Scorpion could have died in DA and in the next MK and come back different. If Moloch and Drahmin did throw him into the purity swirly thingy (yes people, that is the term they used in the game ) then Scorpion could be permanantly dead. The next idea is that he could come back as a "pure badass".

About Subzero, I like the new guy a lot better than the original who was killed. Lets just leave it that way. Besides, the Lin Kuei might be getting into a conflict with the Black Dragons so Subzero will have enough to deal with as it is.

Ha, I knew you couldn't answer because it's a lie. After searching for all ending, their isn't any evedince of him being a "demi-god". LOL. Oh well.

Sub Zero of the Mortal Kombat 1 died in an honored fight, therefore a specter would not become as Scorpion and would come back to avenge itself. But the idea is good....

scorpion would always win, im not saying that because i like him(which i dont really) but since he has no soul and is immortal he cant be killed, so sub-zero keep killing him, scorpion would come back and kick sub-zeros ass, but to the name, i dont think anyone used those icons in theyre initials, i mostly always went to the original "nls"

I wouldn't call that immortal but more lie undead. scorpion can be killed but will come back later. Immortal to me means that you can't die at all.

Sub-Zero's amulet has made him almost as powerful as a god. I'd say that's pretty ''semi''-ish.

Ohhh, the amulet, but still, they are pretty equal . Scorpion has the power of hellfire, SZ has Kori. So, in conclusion, although with little data, they are equal, at least to me. Oh and Zentile, sorry if I sounded rude.
