Any by "secrets of his heritage" I really doubt they mean something insignificant like "his bloodline were born with it." I'm pretty sure he's got some major links to other characters or the info he finds gives him an uber-epiphany.

I'm so glad. It looks like he's finally taking the spot of the main hero.

yea i think that the dragon medallion was made thousands of years ago by the elder gods to combat the great power of the dragon king (kind of like a yin-yang they have the good side of the dragon and the dk has the bad side). since the gods could not go to outworld to defeat the dragon king without giving up their powers, they gave the medallion to the lin kuei, the most powerful group of humans at the time. perhaps it was subzero's ancestor that used the medallion to defeat the dragon king and was the lin kuei grandmaster at the time (which explains why the grandmaster has the medallion).

In relations to Frost : I doubt that's what they mean. Frost doesn't seem very old. When I think heritage I don't think of current living "relatives." (if Frost is his sis) I think of more like... ancestors... ethnicity...

I agree. By my current estimates, Sub-Zero is approximately 38. Frost was no older than 21. I really doubt she is his sister.

actually thats not totally true. cause how could you explain liu kang who could shoot fireballs and he was earth. anyway about sub-zeros true heritage and origin of his powers. remember how the dragon king died mysteriously all those years ago. well i think the lin kuei could have been the dragon kings personal assassins and that he gave the original members those powers to fight for him. but they decided that the dragon king was getting too powerful so they killed him and traveled to earth realm to escape any who were still loyal to the dragon king. so now that sub-zero has the dragon madalleion and he knows the dragon king is responsible for his powers. he knows he has to kill the dragon king just like his ancestors did all those years ago.

I think that if Frost's ending happened, Sub-Zero took her out and when she got herself back together he said something along the lines of "you want it, you better earn it" or some shit.
