Someone HAS emailed MK Australia to see what their deal is. I doubt we'll get a response though.

After all the confusion, and me changing my position on SUs numerous times, here's my final thought on this whole thing. This whole debate won't be settled for a long time, because it's only time that can tell the truth. This could all be an elaborate hoax or coverup and there really are SUs that we're not meant to know about yet, or there really aren't any. If a considerable amount of time after the game is released everywhere has passed and nothing is discovered, then there's nothing. But if there are SUs, then it will come out eventually.

Regardless of whether the MK Australia info was bogus or not, I do definitely agree with one thing they said: the secrets can not and will not be revealed until after the game is released worldwide. Like I said, if there are indeed SUs, that's when we'll know because that's when we're meant to know. and I'm thoroughly convinced that whatever searching and digging we do right now will not yield anything.

Personally 'I dont think they would give GC users 12 puzzle characters since the puzzle characters are pretty crap basically and doesnt make up for lack of online play. Besides the email said an extra 12 charatcers "making 32" characters for the gamecube.
I think they will be Deadly Alliance ports most likely. But even so, the game will seem more fuller and satisfying with major character like Kung Lao and Kitana in the game also...

Ok well people the Mods are also people, so they could've been decieved by all this. I mean they might have been lied to, when Ed Boon and/or co. said there are no more unlockable characters(btw they didn't say there weren't more unlockable characters, but there aren't any on the character select screen). Even if there are SU's, do you really think that the Mods would give that info right now even if they knew? Like Spooky_electric said: "the game isn't published everywere yet", so there might be SU's.

For fucks sake, it isn't sure if even the MKO team knows for sure! I'll buy it even if it doesn't have SU's. But it would rock if there were. Nobodys in denial, because nothing is for sure yet. Wait two months after MKD gets published everywhere then we know everything, and then everyone'll be quiet about SU's.
