It's 100% Baraka. If you turn up the brightness all the way, you can even see his teeth at the bottom part of the screen. End of discussion.

We don't know one damn shred of MK:D's storyline as of yet accept that someone is deceiving other people...He may be the whole storyline. But what we do know is the person in that trailer is Stewie from family guy...err, I mean baraka.
