The facts that SEKTOR is most likely in MK:D

EXHIBIT A: CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN:
There was an icon on the original character select screen that greatly resembled SEKTOR. It could not have been SMOKE because he had his own icon at the time and he has since been fused with NOOB-SAIBOT. It is also greatly unlikely that it is CYRAX because he was in the previous game and was said not to be that good a fighter, it was also stated by alot of people and midway employees that he is not in MK:D. So SEKTOR's icon may have been taken from the character select screen but i dont think they would have droped the character. Lets pray for him being a SUPER UNLOCKABLE!

EXHIBIT B:THE PRISON STAGE:
There are a number of characters in this stage that are behind the bars trying to grab you. SEKTOR is one of these characters. JADE and STRYKER are also prison stage characters and JADE was stated to be unlockable in arcade and other modes. And STRYKER is heavily rumored to be in the game but i do not know for sure. Maybe SEKTOR is also unlockable from this similarity.

EXHIBIT C: STATEMENTS/OTHER
There have been alot of statements made by people, magazine articles, "inside sources", etc saying that hes in the game, and even though midway does not confirm these, they also do not denie the statements. Also alot of people say that they have "INSIDE SOURCES", only a few of them are telling the truth, the rest are bull shiting you.

I personally think and prey to god that he is in the game. And for everyone who relys on others for info. I suggest you talk to a pro at getting Mortal Kombat info. tgrant is the person that I always believe, I suggest him if you have any questions.

Please tell me what you think of theses statements and ideas and please provide your view and opinion on things.

i dont really care about sektor but anywho, you bring good points and he probabaly is a super unlockable, but i guess we need to wait till Oct.4 to know for surewink

oh Sektor is definetly in,think about it itd be stupid to leave him out he had a great new story in MK:TE and could play a major role in the story plus there bringing back characters from the past who were good but never really got a chance.wow

Sektor's definitely in. I'd say Sareena & Mavado'd be in, but most of their styles have already been taken. All three of them had really budding stories. I'd love for Rain to be in (because just about every Ninja & Edenian are in MKD already anyway). Drahmin ( I hate to admit it) has a relatively large chance, because:
1. he's in the prison stage
2. he's mentioned as a foe to Scorpion.

Well these proofs doesn't sound really as proofs to me :

-Select screen : I have just seen a guy who COULD be Sektor, but we haven't proof by a+b... if he was really on the E3 select screen, if he was initially foreseen, so why the hell didn't he appear in the source code while all others unlockable characters, even the former extra unlockable Raiden were in this source code?


-Jailcells : somebody could post a pic with Sektor in a cell? I hear nothing about that...


-Rumors/statements : leaving the principle that it's evident that the liars exist, and as nobody of us can know who lies and who says the truth, I prefer to believe nobody and to base myself that on what I see (screens/videos)

it states in an ign or gamespot review that sektor is in the prison...its the "HANDS ON". its either that or its the gamespot review

honestly, the whole "he was on the character select screen" arguement shouldn't be used by anyone anymore, since it's impossible to prove who was who on those darkened squares. People are debating if one of those dark squares is either Liu Kang or Kira, who aren't very similar, so just because one of they may or may not have been similar to Sektor means absolutely nothing, and all this "proof" of him being in the game adds up to nothing. And all this is coming from someone who LOVES sektor. If hes in in, awesome, but until then, wait for some real proof.

i agree with you 100%. to be honest ever since everyone said that was him and saw the picture that everyone thought it was him, i didnt believe it. maybe because i dislike sektor but who knows.

Exhibit A: Invalid, the select screen has changed already. Sektor could have been slated to appear, but the team might have decided to scrap him in favor of new characters (Dariou) or fan favs (Jade). I'm not going to start saying he's a super-unlockable until I find out exactly how many there will be. If there are a lot, then odds are Sektor will be a super unlockable, but if there are only 6 or 8, he might have to wait for MK7.

Exhibit B: Also invalid. We have already heard that it chooses the characters in the prison at random. Hsu Hao and Goro were seen, but they aren't in the game.

Exhibit C: I won't believe any statements by mags, web sites, or even MKO members with "sources" until it gets confirmation from Midway.

Did you hear what scott M4C etc said they saw and heard at MGSD. That everytime you play the dark prisons stages characters will be differen't. So we don't know if we can use this as proof. But many sources and rumors have it that sektors in just sit and wait and i'll bet as much money as I have on rain being in that both SEKTOR and RAIN will be in MKD as most likely super unlockable charatcers!

Yea, MKD has gotta have a cyborg in it. It would add more variety plus i cant wait to see his fatalities and special moves in 3d. He would make a great super unlockable and i hope hes in.

Till I hear from midway or the news page here.It is all speculation.Don't get me wrong.I like sektor but there is just no grounds for saying he is in as of yet.

I think sektor and Jax are the 2 extra special characters... they are the nly characters mentioned in mags. that have not appeared yet..

Why are u saying that?For Sektor and Jax there journey has only begun.....


And i really hope that Sektors in he has alot of Potential and a great storyline in MK:TE.Sektor hsa too be in and he will be in.
