89 and twice your age Dmitch. Damn you guys are young. Oh well so was I when I was playing MK in the arcade. I have alot of chicken to eat in the next three months. Then when the game comes out I am going into my Hole in the ground. There I will stay for three or four weeks till I have learned enough to go online and do well. I prepared for the MKDA comp way too much. I spent days getting better, and better. Learning combos and beating people down was easy. I taught my friend how to play two people. KUNG and SONYA. He went from zero to master in three weeks and likes to beat my ass at work and at home on MKDA. The comp was a double elemination. The best two out of three games. It was fun feeling people out, and trying to figure what they know compared to what I know. Oh and here is the best thing, the guys down at game stop thought they would make it hard on me. I play MKDA on the X-box and they made me switch back and forth from the x-box to the PS2. Little did they know I played on both systems at E3 and was just as good on both systems. I stomped threw the first guy and had time to go watch my friend aka Bunnyboy kick ass. He clobbered a guy that was talking major trash with his too powerful to beat Kenshi,with his Sonya. I was proud,I too won my first match with Sonya and switched up to dhramin for the second. After watching the other people play and win and lose we got to do a drawing for the next matches. And as luck would have it, My name and my friends name came up. Damn I was crushed, would I beat my friend and give him a loss so early in the comp or would I let him win and fight like hell to stay a float. I bucked up and told him that this was happening just like we had said it would. I told him that I was going to play my hardest with my characters that would give him a hard time. But not with Scorpion. I played reptile and Raiden. Sorry to say it was real close but I busted him out. We had made a deal that if we made it to the end and fought one another I would random select. So the comp continued and we did not see each other till the end. I played threw the comp and never got a loss and he did the same for the rest of the day. At the end of the day it was Him vs a gamestop employee. I had a buy out, that means I got to watch everyone play for second place. I was locked for the final. Bunny boy battled it out using Kung lao as his warrior of choice. And stomped mudd hole in the ass of the other players. So now it was down to the finals me vs my buddy and I had no losses so he had to beat me four times in a row. I had to beat him twice. We stepped up to the game and got ready to play, At that point he said do you remember are deal? So I radom selected for the next three matches. He kicked my ass all over the place. Last match and the comp was on the line. Two or three more games to crown the champ. I talked him into random selecting for the next round. Poor guy got cyrax and I beat him quick. Last round he picked Kung and I was in for it. I picked Dhramin and we battled it out. I just won by a nose hair. We both walked away with MKD stubs in are pocket. I got mine for free he got his for half off. So I transfered my store credits to his game and then he will get it for free as well. Moral of the story OCT 4th will be a sweet day for picking up FREE games of MKD goodness. Love peace and chicken grease. DSB

89 and I am all blushing and shy, looking down at my feet. You guys and girl are the best. It's not like I am the best in the world. Just the champ at that game stop. I got worked at E3 tons by everyone from old men to young sissy girls (not you Iceangel) Your not... never mind you know what I mean. It makes me laugh that my best friends on this site are 15-16 years old. Wise and I are like 400 years old. So my friends are too young or just my age, thats life. Besides most of you are more mature than me anyway. So where does wise go every time he heads out that back door? And where is cogline, And NGMK Cartman, You guys need to come back to the house and put in some time. 89 days will go by quick. I keep on thinking we could all have a MKD tournament. Four weeks after the game is out and evryone is online we need to gather for a comp. I want to start this off right. So everyone who has come here and hit this thread can be in it. I know it will be hard to keep track of but we can all keep the books cracked. I reserved my 'Special Edition' copy of MK:Deception at Gamestop yesterday. I figured I should do this just in case the MAT2 version of MK1 isn't perfect. The Special Edition package is said to include an 'arcade-perfect' version of MK1, so I want to get this just in case. Plus, it only costs five dollars to reserve it! You can't beat that. Everybody really should make their reservations now.
