Pig's Mokap is deadly. I use Mokap too. And you're right; You don't need fricken 33 to be competitive. Maybe it helps some but the best players on the XBOX don't need 33s to win series. Legit or not, 33s is a glitch!

Wrong...I have tried it, I don't use it because I don't like it simple as that and it's also not worth the trouble online IMO.

Also, ask anyone here who's played me recently red, I assure you I DON'T need it. Mesofly did it once with Meat for a 62%, I let him do it also.I didn't use my breaker because I wanted to see how much damage it did for the hell of it.As I've said before red, play how you want but I don't rely on that to win.

BTW, I've seen Scorpion use it on me in a match a while ago against smoke lk but I'm guessing it was cause our connection wasn't the best that night since I've never seen anyone else do that to me with him.Just wanted to point that out.

Another thing I wish to comment on Red, Sareena 33 makes her competitive? lol dude she's already the top tier online in this game WITHOUT that.Turtle, knife throws, mix up withdash punch, turtle, turtle, midscreen FT....yeah so sure she needs 33 to win on top of all that lol.

Just saying she's strong enough to win without that easily.Just ask Bobby, he hardly uses 33 and still does pretty well.He stays on the ground most of the time.

i dont 33 with sareena at all...my strategies with her now are nearly flawless. If you get a situation where they are out of breakers 33 would be usefull...but otherwise i would say unbreakable ff1, 5 knife grab is much better.

What would be the point of combos > 70% damage. That's pretty much close to infinity. 80% is just wack considering you only have 3 breakers. If that's a great thing for this game, then why do we have a dig at KAK users?

the only reason havik has 70% damage combos is cause of the 1 ft per combo rule.

Red, what you've just listed especially the 75% is as good as infinity. Only 25% short. However, if like KI, you do the maximum combo i.e. 'ultra' toward to end of the match then that's different. But to pull of that much damage in one goal doesn't do the game any justice.

Maximum damage should have been introduced to this game. That would have definitely cleared up a lot of this stuff and no-one would then claim something is legit while others disagree and vice-versa. That's my take on it.

maxim damage was a joke, all it did was show there lack of testing. take away max damage and mk4 had a universal infinite with every character.

Maximum damage can be viewed as a joke and at the same time as a validation control. If MK team know they just don't have enough resources to fully test the game, then I don't think it's such a bad idea to limit damage.

than they just might as well make every combo equal the same amount of damage. Because everyone will alwasy go for the most damaging combo. thats the prob with mk, they add stupid used moves. whats the point of having 10 dials, when u are only going to use the one that launches followed by the one that gives u the most damage with that launch.

and max damage was 45%, which is right around where every 33 combo puts u at. so max damage it at 50%, u really think that would make a difference.

if i hit u with and 80% dam combo, i still need another 20% which is 2 combos, so at 50% max damage, 2 combos would still kill you.

Let's see what happens with MK8. Maybe the combo dynamics is going to be modified. We shall see!

I think I'm like one of the few who enjoyed MK4 a bit.Yeah, yeah I know it's the most hated, worst MK to most...although from a glitch standpoint MK4 is better then MKD and MKA easily if you think about it...but as far as an overall game no doubt MKD and MKA are better since they're more fun and such.

But the combo system a lot of people had a beef with it since everyone had the same combo(auto) nothing different other then special moves.

Max damage I liked, I honestly didn't see a problem with this.Fujin I used to own in that game all the time like I do in MKA, his max dam combo was so much fun.

I liked the fact that they replaced his wind juggle kick with the wind dart kick though I admit.

Scorpion also I used a lot in that game, did his max damage often.

I also liked the speed of it, to some it was too fast but I had no problem with it personally.

mk4 had some of the best fatalities at least. gameplay was forgettable though

Not so great games to some dude named Marlfox or something...this dude WOW is a straight out "counterpicker" that's his strategy.I won the series shut out but still...for those here he's not bad but he's an annoying counterpicker lol.He'll sit there for hours waiting for you to pick(it's so obvious) then finally pick.Example, lol this one match I picked Kabal.He's thinking then picks Quan-Chi(thinking ha, ha I'll nail him with the weapon take away) I think not lol.I made love to that block button anticipating his move, then just countered him with mix ups.

He winded up quitting on me in mid match by like the 8th match lol.

He's not a horrible player but thinks he has the edge by counterpicking who ever you pick.

Bad games to that guy DeceptionZ way back from MKD, this guy got murdered in that game and he does in this game also.He cursed me out on the mic when I beat him.His tactic is this...picks a few regular characters and gets absolutely killed...Then he'll get pissed and run to his KAK, it's not all that great.Once you beat his KAK, he'll run to bosses like Goro or Blaze for example lol.Then when I beat his Goro with Jarek after he was laughing on the mic(since he thought he had me hehe) he got pissed and was like ohh fuck you man lol.

Wish I had a mic on my MK controller I would have said, hey dude you had the edge on me and you still lost with a boss STFU...

But not worth my time, he quit in midmatch also on me.So don't play Deceptionz, marlfox(unless you like being counterpicked constantly)
