OK here it goes. This is a total bull- shit story it is not real in any way shape or form.
Hey guys it's DSB and I am here to tell you something. I just got to play MKD 8 days early. How? Well it was pure luck I tell you. I live in las vegas and was in the right place at the right time. There is a rich side of town here called Summerland and I was on that side of town at Gamestop playing some Def Jam when a Kid named Jim Divita came walking in with his mom. I was talking about MKD and some other games, When Jimmy was looking at controllers for the x-box. He over heard me talking about the game and walked over to me and said his uncle was part of the MK staff once apon a time. But as of latly he was working on other games mainly Psi Ops. I laughed and said what ever. His Mother quickly told me Jimmy was not a lier. That She was the sister of Sal Divita and Jimmy there was his Nephew. I flipped out. On the spot and started asking all sorts of questions. Other kids also gathered around him like he was some sorta star or something.
After I talked with him and his mother for a while I told them my name and that I had talked with Sal at E3 this year. Jimmy thought I was a crazy old man and his mother thought I was weird. But I did ask if he was going to buy MKD. He started laughing. They both told me that Sal had stopped by, Las Vegas and spent a couple of dats with them not to long ago. He had also given them some beta copies of games Midway had been working on. I was like NO WAY! did you get MKD? he said yep and Psi Ops and area 51 also.
After I shit myself I told them I had to play the game and asked if there was anyway I could check the game out. Jimmy's mom was a little put off and did not think it was a good idea. But after I begged for like 15 mins they told me I could come over only for a little while to check it out. And I had to work a little magic with my job. I work at BLUE MAN GROUP, so I told them I would throw in some tickets if they let me look at the game. They agreed to call me, and have me come over SOME TIME. But they did not say when. I gave them My number and said my goodbyes thinking I would never hear from them again.
I went home and started playing my own games thinking they were not telling me the truth and the phone rang like 3 hours later. It was Sarah and Jimmy Davita. I was like I thought you would never call me. They invited me over to there Big ass house in a super rich neighborhood. And I was out the door in a flash. When I arrived in there neighborhood I was like HOLY SHIT i wonder what the hell Jimmy's dad does for a living theses people are beyound rich.
Said my hello's and walked in Sarah aske if I would take my shoes off in her house and jimmy told me he had the x-box in the game room. Holy game rrom batman. I felt like I was in a dream. This little kid (15) years old had a biger TV than me. I asked if I could see the MKD disk and Jimmy told me it was plain old white. There was not a picture on the disk.
He popped in the game and it booted right up, I was like a little kid at x-mas time. Waiting for the intro was like waiting for Jesus to return. Then the game started, Full intro with Shunjinko talking the whole way threw. I got to see what had happened to the deadly alliance and raiden was a bad ass in the intro. I also got to learn about the fate of the other characters. Johnny Cage is dead again, Sonya is brain washed and back on earth. Sorry gang Shang and Quan are dead. And reptile is the dragon king kinda. His body was used to reserect the DK. Subs is working with Noob and raiden has lost his mind. Shunjinko is the hero of the game and kung lao is missing. Liu Kang is in search of his body. Kano is missing and alot of the older people are under the controll of theDragon king or are in jail. So after we watched the opening, I asked Jimmy if he was good? Boy was he ever. He knew almost everything. Most of the fatal moves and combos. There is so much to tell every one and so little time before I have got to go to work. So I will sum up what I saw, as best I can. The mini games are the same as ever, but there are hidden characters in the puzzle game. Konquest is way cool but takes a long time to play threw. The fighting game is what threw me for a loop. There is so much more to the game than we have been told thus far. For starters there are the normal 24 characters some had to be unlocked. And there are Super unlockable characters but not the people we would think of. You have to hold select before you can get them and they are in the corners of the select screen two are in th middle. Here are the names of the super unlockables.
1 Jax 2 Rain 3 Sector 4 A female robot named (Zetra) 5 An elder Demon named Bohamet. And the last guy was named Quake. Yep 6 secrets characters. I played Jimmy for at least 12 matches before I asked to play threw the game one player. He pulled off Many a fatality on me and he taught me how to do Scorpions Hara Kari. UP UP DOWN DOWN X. Scorpion breaths fire on himself toasty style. And at the end he explodes into burning chunks.
Some of the fatalities I saw are.
scorpion, harpoon fatality, and his classic toasty. They gave darris his arm rip beat head. Subs classic head rip. Much more nasty this time around. Li Mei brutality, Liu kang Makes a huge fire dragon fire ball that bites your body into peices, Noob smoke has a double team fatality, they both combo you to death. Jade pulls out you intestines with her stick. Sector Lazer beems you to mush, Kabal cuts you in half like Kung lao. Those are just some, I will do another post with all the new ones I see.
Some of the hara kari's. You all know scorpions I told you earlier, Subs freezes himselm the falls and smashes. Bo rai cho drinks and then pops his own guts out. Raiden starts shaking and doing his self electric tell body pops. Ashara reads some weird voodoo spell book and turns into a pile of maggots. But here is the kicker. All of what you have seen is a deception. There is more in the game than anyone has told us.
The uppercuts are back. Every player has 2 throws each some have more. And Jimmy said some characters have three fatalities. Also there is the breaker system and a new Block breaker. This also go's along with something the Midway staff has not told us yet. The Fight indacator light have been hollowed out and now fill up with a green bar that goes three level up. Yes you guessed it there are supers in the game. Every player has two supers. And are just a bigger move of there normal moves. Scorpion has a multi kick super and subs has a super ground freeze. Ermac has a super multi slam,and Super air flop that stuns the enemy. Havak has a muti puch combo, and jax has a super slam. Kobra has a time stop super and Kira has a muti ball roll hitting super. When I saw that I was floored.
And now to get on to the stage fatalities and other in game play. The stages are great and most of them have two death traps on the level. Stage weapons are a plenty but you lose them if you switch styles. And get this NOOB-SMOKE is not the sub boss. He is the fight before the sub-boss. The sub boss is a fish like character that is not all that big. And the sub boss is a female. She does not have cheese moves. Water throws, forward fish slide, a scale wall move, and she rocks a trident as a weapon. Her stage is a floating sea level and is surrounded by man eating sharks for a stage fatality, or death trap. The drago king is the hardest boss fight ever and he is rocking raidens staff. Raiden has a large hammer like thor now. Anyways you have got to smash some orb like things on DK's stage to weaken him for a hit. You can beat him with out smashing them but it is much harder. And when you start to smacsh the orbs he comes a chargeing in after his weak animations. I really did not get to play as much as I wanted but I am going back over to Jimmy's house this thursday. After Jimmy's mom said it was time for HOMEWORK WTF. I left and went home. I hurried home and started writing this. But I am sure knowone will believe me. There will be more to come on thursday. The story is all made up and none of it is real. It was making fun of someone else, who made up a story that they had played the game early. And that is not my girlfriend it's my wife. Anyways hope you all liked the fake story. DSB
