Go to the Official I-Guide website then go under bonus content, and right on that page it says
"There are two legendary, unlockable characters in Mortal Kombat: Deception that are so secret, we couldnt reveal them but we will soon. Check back."

There is two super unlockables. The only way there couldn't be is if their lying.

I'd agree but someone could say that Liu Kang and Raiden are the "Legendary" unlockables.

True, you could say that, but does it really make a lot of sense? Why the hell would they have to "work out issues with Midway" over releasing information about characters that damn near EVERYBODY has. Especially since actual videos of them in the game were released long before the game even came out.

I personally agree with you. It is stupid to claim that they are the SU's. The reason I said what I said is because most people will automatically assume that they are Liu Kang and Raiden and saying "It doesn't make sense" isn't much of an argument. Besides, Boon said playable characters BESIDES the 24 on the select screen. Raiden and Liu are on the select screen, therefore ruling them out. Fight Night will have the answers.

Sorry, didn't mean to make it seem like you were one of those people, I just worded it poorly.
A lot of people just need to broaden their horizons and realize that some things take more then a couple weeks to completely master. The whole "what you see is what you get" philosophy that's practically overflowing these boards nowadays has more then worn out it's welcome. They should step aside, shut up, and let the people who actually enjoy discussing and looking for new things progress without their half-assed, wast of time interuptions.

I got bad news for you pal, that probably won't happen. If anything, I'd bet Boon and co would feed you some vague rumor of how likely that might be. I don't know why they do that, but that's what they do.

I don't think there are any "super" unlockables. I think the ones that were hinted to are just Liu and Rayden. Any others that Boon talked about are either too hidden for us to ever find, or they were scrapped. *shrugs* My opinion.

Trust me that wont happen... reflect back to Fight Night 2, Boon made the comment that there was one secret left in MKDA that was as far as he knew undisclosed and still to this day rumours r flying over that... so dont expect not to see more of that happening this time... besides Boon and co. know how much secrets means to the MK Kommunity and they know that saying there is no more is the same as putting a nail in that MK games koffin, so for financial safety theyll say there is more...

sorry, not trying to shit on you here, but i'm sick of seeing SU threads... there's a simple way of testing this however... does anybody have the actual iGuide, or was anyone at the site earlier when they had free printable CribSheets? on the section dealing with the Krypt, they would have had to mention Raiden and Liu Kang, and if they didn't/don't, then obviously they are talking about those 2 being SU Characters...
and if they did say what koffins contained Liu and Raiden and how to unlock them, etc., then either there are 2 more SUCs, or they are lying... bastards

Look, if you know anything about this series of games you know that there are always SECRET characters nobody knows about. Reptile in 1, noob, smoke, jade, rain, chameleon, to blaze and mokap in DA. Boon heard us bitchin about DA, so now we have baraka, kabal, and the others, even kang. you know he heard us bitch about the lack of secrets (final secret).
This is mortal kombat. Secrets are here. back in the early days we could find those secrets, now with the net and guides, we're to damn lazy to try to get them. There are probibly more secrets than you can count in here. And one day someone will tell us or we just wont find em cause we dont try. Dont flame ppl cause they think they found something cause at least their trying to find em. I say fujin and stryker are here cause we see their names. Remember this thread, and see for yourself.

figure them out? dude, the games been out for 2 weeks! if this were the MK3 days before the net most of us probably wouldn't even have Noob-Smoke yet. I'm sure theres more stuff somewhere. May not be extra characters but like... Hell theres no way we found everything in Konquest... and that first menu where you put in your profile looks like it's got some space on it :o

Look, I'm not saying whether there are super-unlockables, or there aren't... there are certainly a few things that suggest there could be (only half the alphabetized Koffins in the Krypt, the ninja-star thing, etc) and I'd be happy if there were... only time will tell, and some people will eat their words (could be me, who knows)
my problem is this: this thread is the same as the countless threads before it on SUs... you have an opinion, great, fantastic; but do you have proof? ...no? then what's the point?

Boon won't give a definite answer at fight night, don't get your hopes high. Last time he replied "you have to keep playing to find out" when someone asked if there were more characters/fatalities so don't expect him to just say yes/no. If he says "yes" I think there definitely are, if he says "you have to keep playing to find out" then there aren't. It's as simple as that.

ok everyone,i have the news you all have been looking for.......i know the 2 super unlockebles and i have proof.the 2 SUC (super unlockeble characters)
are offically fujin

and stryker

.now to tell you the proof,for all you who have the game,all there is to do is turn on your game and let it get to the start menu,
and DO NOT LOAD YOUR PROFILE,highlight the krypt and press A or X (deppending on your system)it should say load profile,it will go away and look VERRY CLOSELY INTO THE CLOUDS,you will eventually see the names "stryker" and "fujin".it will also say words like "outerworld" and "netherelm" but dont mind those.this is the offical proof that these are the two SUC.Unfortanitly
i have no idea how to get the charecters but i thought ya'll might enjoy to have the knoledge that Mr.boon has kept a secret.but this is my info take it,spread it across the internet like a virus and know the name of REPTILE

It is not Raiden and Lui Kang.....
First off, my 4 year old brother could have found Raiden.... He's not a SU. Lui Kang I could possibly see, but he's always right there with Raiden as far as discution goes and he had a character slot on the select screen... I believe the SUs will be extra slots.
P.S. I think everyone in the forum has heard the cloud shit about 50 Times.

Listen new guy.Welcome to the board btw.The names floating in the clouds on the menu screen doesn't mean they are playable.Remember in UMK3,"Rain Can Be Found in the Graveyard"???Well he wasn't in the game was he?You should know by now Midway does stuff like that.I'm not saying they aren't playable,but what you say is proof is null.
