Microsoft bought the Midway and I think that Bill Gay don't give a fuck about MK, so i think that there won't be new episode and Ed Boon will be fired just like the other MK team members.

Microsoft has not bought Midway. It could happen, but if it did I'm sure another MK would be made. Just for the Xbox though. MK is one the biggest video game franchises ever and Midway wouldn't even be worth it to Microsoft without it. So I think you're just plain wrong. Sorry.

the only reason someone would buy midway is for mortal kombat?

i doubt its for their wonderful(sarcasm) sport games
There will be an MK6, they have already started working on it.

There will be an MK6 but they purposely announced that like Activision accidently announced Jedi Knight 3. grin

If it is an Xbox exclusive then I will consider Gates to be a selfish idiot who could care less about MK fans who don't have Xbox, like they did with Buffy.

I dont want to start a console war, but xbox is a great system in my opinion. I would love to see MK6 to be exlusive for the xbox. Just think of all the possibilities they can do with all that hardware power and xbox live. If you guys dont have a xbox, too bad. However, you guys can always get a job or wait for the christmas to get it.grin

dude x-box sucks. the games are shit and the controlers feel like your holding a warped soccerball with two mushrooms sticking out! its not worth buyin an x-box just because its the only one that you can play mk with.

thats not true, it most likely will be a mk6, mkda helped midway alot,to be where it barely is now, and by the way xbox isn't much different from ps2, you can only see the difference by looking extremely close to small details, otherwise they look pretty much the same.

MK6 has already been confirmed for GameCube so there is no need to worry. There are other Midway titles coming to GameCube so it's obvious that Microsoft hasn't bought them.
