I know is is a long shot but what if Motaro made it into mk vs dc now i know this won't happen but would you like that or hate it?
I would like to see Motaro in the game but he has to have four legs so what do you think if Motaro made it in?

Most likely as a cameo, but not playable.

Yeah, they screwed him over bad in MKA. Montaro with two legs just isn't Montaro.

Nahh guys lol seriously though just so you guys know hehe why Midway did that. Since I'm a nutty obsessed MK fan and look into this shit lol. They did that with two legs in MKA for gameplay reasons, it was either that or hear some fans bitch forever because "Motaro didn't make the cut...." so I think they did the right if anything, have him in there as a monotaur or not at all.
With his fanbase, it was a lose-lose situation for Midway...I don't blame them though in his case. Personally, I didn't care that much either way since it's Motaro but I thought he was badass with two legs honestly and still had some classic moves : )
Anywho, highly doubtful he makes the cut. Cool character though.

Oh, they could have given him four legs.
They were just being over-creative, as usual. Anyhoo, it would be kinda cool to actually play as Motaro in a game like this.

No they couldn't, believe me I play VERY often online and due to the gameplay in that particular game, it wouldn't have worked out.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick when I say this but...playing online doesn't mean shit unless you're playing Halo 3 or something. All it means is that..well you play online. It wouldn't have worked offline so no duh it wouldn't work online.
I'm just sayin'. You tend to go on about your super online might a lot. {don't take the last sentence seriously.}

What?
Was it Air Kombat? That could've been done.
Using his great size, they could've just had him on his hind legs while he beat the crap out of his opponet. At this position, the opponet would very well be in the air. Whenever Motaro would kick, he would simply switch form his hind legs to his forelegs. That would usually end the combo with a super kick.
See? could've been done.
Anyhoo, since centaurs played a strong role in the MK storyline, Motaro might not even make it as a cameo, actually.

Ok, let me be more specific. I play online at "high level" not just "casual joe blow level" not just against the dumb CP, thus I understand the gaming mechanics more then the average MK casual player in which MOST on here are just that......no offense to you or anyone like you but I know what I see and it's quite obvious some people on here are ignorant to shit pertaining to gameplay at times. You learn to understand what "works" and doesn't when you're actually playing someone rather then the typical CP that attacks with patterns.
Secondly, (again now)Boon/MK team even said this in some interview concerning Motaro and they flat out said we were stuck with two choices, either not putting him in the game all together and hearing it from the "Motaro fanboys" or give him 2 legs....so they went with the second one.
It has nothing to do with "my super online might" it has to do with logical facts in which some people on here choose to ignore.....
I don't mean to sound like a dick here but for one Halo 3 isn't the only competitive played game online, very ignorant comment and secondly I think you need to perhaps learn more about the gameplay then you'd understand better. They wanted him to be more nimble, more playable not just grab move, teleport and fireball...would be rather boring and dull character.

I know the gameplay from playing the game at a high difficulty, I don't need online to learn the mechanics. Online means nothing except you play with other people a lot.
Halo was just an example, it'd be a bit inconvenient for me to go through every game you can play competitively online. Either way it doesn't change the fact that you can learn and enjoy MK without online, where with Halo you need online to fully experience the game.
Maybe you should wait until learning how much I play before telling me what I need to do with the game. Not trying to something but I felt like that needed to be said.
Now let's stop so this doesn't turn aggressive. ^_^

Yeah, but you see by playing other "human people" as oppose to the computer or your friends is that you'll be seeing what's capable of being done and what's not a lot more then you would against or defending against a Computer programmed opponent.
Ohh no lol I'm not saying you can't enjoy a game offline, what I'm saying is that the main reason why the "gameplay fanatics" like myself care so much is not only because we want a good, balanced game but mainly for online play ever since MKD+ it's important. People wouldn't care as much if it were offline because everyone can beat the computer but facing a real player despite casually online or competitively, you'll want a solid game overall.
Fighting games you need online too man, it's all about expanding the competition. Look online right now, you won't find a next gen fighter that's not or won't be online....for good reason. So it's not just Halo, Halo is way overrated anyway and there's also glitches in Halo 2, sword is way broken which halo fans admit and people abuse but that's another story...but more or less it's the same thing man, whether a fighting game, FPS or racing game online is important and necessary now. You also have to realize that in ALL games just about, online play will give the game a higher replay value. If you have a great game with no online multiplayer in a fighter, FPS or racer...you'll be turning a lot of gamers off, trust me.
I said what I said because you obviously misunderstood my previous posts....not as an insult or anything.

I'm not going to read through those meandering, poorly constructed paragraphs because Motaro boils down to a pretty short, simple fact: Constructing interactions with a horse body for one character was more trouble than they were willing to put in.
Extra arms was fruitful for a couple of characters, and required fewer changes in the mechanics. One imagines that continues to be a factor.

All the best and greatest characters from MK were in MK 1, 2, 3, Ultimate, & Trilogy. Minus Chameleon, he sucks Kahn balls lmao.

Haa, compared to other fighters @ the dude that said MK has bad characters way off man MK is way better in that category.
Motaro I've always liked as he's one of the cooler oldschool mini bosses
