I serriuosly hope this is true. He looks so cool in this one. (new head) I can't for the life of me do a 15 hit combo when you fight him. Pisses me right off.

this has to be true atleast im hoping it is cause in the kontent part of the game it states that the returning characters are sub, scorpion, raiden and kung loa

i use kobra regularly and i can swear to god when i hav picked kobra it has said kung lao at least 3 times.....

If there is a secret character in MK Deception it would be Kung Lao, judging by the files in the DVD, so although this may be made up (the game has been released for a few months and no one ever saw Kung Lao in the select screen except for you?) there is a bit of possibility that Kung Lao is selectable anyway.
The announcer some times is a bit hard to understand what he says but I've never heard clearly Kung Lao when selecting Kobra... I usually hear something like "kooobraaaw" which kinda sounds like Kung Lao with a bit of imagination
