to many teleporter moves!
Just wait if Sektor's actually in. Then we got a teleport uppercut. Not to mention Raiden's got the possibility of a teleport. And Noob might have one too.
And Smoke probably too, because Smoke steals other people's moves and there's lots of teleports to steal.
Personally, I like the teleports. They add an interesting element, though God help you if you get blocked.

As long as each teleport is portrayed differently, then i'm fine with them. Afterall, i wouldnt want characters to have teleports that look EXACTLY the same.
BTW, i really dont think Smoke steals other characters moves, atleast HOPEFULLY to this point. I'm hoping that the whole Smoke/Scorpion pallet swap issue is just a memory now. However, i'm a little worried still, because of the whole Noob/Smoke thing-a-ma-jiggy. They shouldnt be similar at all! They each should be absolutely totally different in each aspect.
P.S. - Kobras teleport looks awesome.......the thing is, i only wish SMOKE had it since he dissapears with a flash of smoke. It wouldve suited him perfectly.

Kobra's teleport looks pretty groovy man. But don't count it out that it would suit smoke instead coz we aren't totally sure what Kobra's bio is yet. It could turn out that according to his story the teleport wouldn't suit anyone else. You never know.
It seems then now that Ed and the gang have managed to do what they couldn't for MKDA. Include teleports. So now they're going teleport crazy. I don't mind it tho. Scorpion's teleport punch is back so I'm happy. I wonder...if they can get teleports working can they include shape shifting? That is provided Shang Tsung is playable in the game.
every mk before mk5 was full of teleport moves. if you are not aware of that fact then welcome to the world of mk...where teleport moves and projectiles are a standard in the fighting engine. kobra's teleport kicks some cheap ass; i love it. such and easy way to knock people out of the arena. also his low fireball means he can just duck an incoming projectile while shooting his own. cheap, cheap indeed. i like kobra already.

I wouldn't say that. Old MKs were full of them. They won't be that bad. I'm more worried about the cheap telekinesis moves.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but isn't the switch (meant to be) universal?

You can never please people.
In MK DA there were no teleport moves, people complain, now they are back and people still complain.
When the Combo Breakers were announced people complained about the posibility of them being used too much and getting repetitive, now it seems there's just a limit of 3 Breakers per Round/Fight, and they complain it's too little.
