You know I reread what you originally posted you said kick kick gotcha girl and the only thing that could be is b33 cuz wonderwoman really doesn't have a series of kicks that string. b3 hits low so it sounds like you were trying to block it high and well I stand by what i said thats a laughably easy strategy to beat. A much better strat with wonderwoman is to "spam" 2. just the first hit of her 222 string. its difficult to jump out of you can change it up with 22 or 222 and you can cancel off any hit into d/f2 or d/f3.

This post is talking about a player on 360 who is NOT a cheater so why you're bringing up decepticon or any of the other rank whores on ps3 is beyond me.

Instead of complaining why don't you figure out how to get around the strat? I mean if you can't avoid that then what do you do against a lantern who just does b1 when he realizes you can't block low.


Oh and you still haven't answered my questions in the original post. You know like what is "fighting fair". How many times a move can be used without it being considered "cheap" and "spamming". etc...

I won't ever fight another rank whore. While I try to get around his strategy, I'll lose, and my rank will go down. I try to fight fair. I believe fighting fair is just not doing the same move over and over again. Some people spam Jax's missles, over n over again. I mean spamming by doing it so many times that I cant move. I cant get close to even fart near the guy. Like if i pick Superman, i dont do his ground pound more than 3 times in a round just because thats not really fun. I dont wanna win like that. I just think that the game is supposed to be fun and if i wanted to press the same buttons over and over again, I would go play on an elevator. Lol. As far as my fight went, I tried low blocking and high blocking, and still couldn't get around it. Anything i did, didnt work. As far as the Xbox live cheater, I'm just telling the experience I had with one on PS3. Didnt realize you guys would take it so seriously.

nah Jvc doesnt cheat at all. I only just played him once though. He used liu Kang n I used Scorpion. We went to 3 matches n I ended up the winner. Hes a very good playerr. If anyone wants to play me im Barney726

Thats not fighting fair thats limiting yourself and attempting to limit your opponent. Jax's best strategy starts with using his pro missles. You can get around it and it's impossible for it to totally lock you down. I've got one of the best jax's online I know all about it. That is the nature of fighting games. For you to be competitive with certain characters you need to use their best moves. If they don't have very many good moves than you're going to be repeating the same ones a lot. If your opponent can't get around something that doesn't mean there isn't a way around it or just because you can't get around it doesn't mean there isn't a way around it.

By limiting yourself and the people you play against you limit your ability to improve at the game and while you may not realize it you also limit your ability to enjoy the game. Some of the best matches I've had are against people who "spam" while I'm also "spamming". Its not spam like you think but its using the best strategy we can to play our characters.

It doesn't make you a better player just because you limit what moves you can do. It makes you a worse player in the end. You don't improve and you don't help your opponent improve. If I encounter something I can't get around I keep playing against it and experimenting against it. I love it when I encounter that because it makes me a better player. It shows me a way to use the character my opponent is playing in an effective manner as well as giving me a way around a strategy if I encounter it in the future.

Going back to jax. I'll spam missles and if they hit I'll do a ground pound. If you lay on the ground or roll I'll do another pound until you stand straight up and avoid it. If you get in on me then I will do a few different things. I will u2 to juggle you b1 for a juggle b3 more missles or jump over you or use a breaker to push you back. Your ability to overcome one of my tactics has opened up another set of options for me to use. ONce I have space again I can use the missles some more. If I were to stop playing like that because you can't get around it what purpose would it serve? Would it make you a better player for me going easy on you? Would it make me a better player for going easy on you? NO. It would likely make both of us worse players.

I ran into this bug last night on XBL.

It was a Sub-Zero vs. Kitana match. All you see is the still frame of both characters getting ready to fight.

The fight starts, and my opponent was obviously able to see what he was doing, but I couldn't. You could hear all the sounds of the players fighting, but nothing else was happening visually.

You have more bugs playing than I have ever even heard of since launch from anyone else.

Yep as I said its not an uncommon bug. Apparently your opponent will sometimes be able to see and sometimes they will be blinded. However what I've heard is that when your screen is frozen like that your character is actually faster. I encountered this on the receiving end once. My opponents screen froze mine was fine but he was move like alpha 2 customer combos. I was actually doing a string that he was blocking and he hit me in the middle of the string. it was lanterns 113 and he hit me with his lanterns113 after blocking my 11. Totally impossible even on the worst connection. Once I realized that I take advantage of it if I go "blind" happened to me the other day and I was playign wonderwoman so spammed her 2 and its bad e nough without being in hyper mode. if you're in hyper mode its an impossible to escape lockdown.

I encountered a bug I hadn't seen before. I double hit my opponent next to the edge of a FFK stage and we went into free fall kombat but neither of us could hit each other when we landed it didn't end the kombat it just showed the landing animation over and over like a pogo stick almost and we bounced off into the background.

I've seen similiar when you fall through the floor and one person is on one side of the wall and the other is stuck in the building.

These bugs are why I always pick the wushu temple stage. no ffk no tym no worries about retarded bugs. well the screen freeze can still happen there but i've sene it less on that stage.

Kinda like my friend who owns the most bugged version of SNES MK2 I've ever seen. "Player 2 has entered the tournament" would randomly show up during a 1 player game, despite the fact there was only 1 controller plugged into the system.

Still, I usually try to find weird ways of making games goof up. I made this vid a few years back from MK2. Still don't know what possessed me to come up with this method.
