Does one of these exist? I think it would be really interesting to get a mIRC channel up for all MK fans to come and share news, rumours, etc...

If anyone would be interested in this idea plz post here and I will register a channel for us. For those of you who don't know what mIRC is you can get it at www.mirc.com
Mortal Kombat Online already has one.

Most MK sites already have IRC channels. You're a little late, so your question has been answered. Also if you do start your own IRC do not advertise it on the forum, thanks.
