Everyone also knows that even though I love Shujinko, I didn't ever want to see him again after Deception.

Now, I don't like Taven. As new characters go, he's far too cookie cutter for me. Likewise for brother Daegon.

That being said, neither one should ever appear in an MK game.

Taven is a god now, so he's obviously going to be a big player in any future MK titles; he could kick Shujinko's ass easily.

Taven gets my vote. I liked that he was Edenian, even though he was rather generic. And yeah, fire movesets may be getting old...

I just hate move stealers and Shujinko took probably the two most reconisable ones from the franchise. The spear and the ice. I know that was explained in Konquest but... Oh, and who does he think he is to take on Kahn and the other main badies by himself?

i think if we ever get another adventure game add on i would rather it based on characters we all know and love (which is what mk vs dc is gonna do by the sounds of it)

i think they both did there point for the games they appear in but really have no more reason to come back,they seem to be the lesser characters of the game ,even thou they both seem to forced into our face, anyway i vote taven just to get this one over with

thou i think Shujinko's appearence in mka movie is a classic after they tried to make him out to be all so mighty in mkd

Shujinko got tooled by Damashi/Onaga. Taven as far as we know owned Blaze. Taven is and always will be a fav of mine. Yea he is a late bloomer. But he could be good if giving a chance. Which is un-likely anyway.

Damashi/Onaga gave Shujinko endless powers. Sure he was tooled by them but in the end he won. Raiden should be sucking Shujinko off instead of trying to act high and mighty. Shujinko F'ing owns. Really, he can absorb everyones power and make it his tool to use. Do you know how many specials this guy could have? Take 50 * 3 just for an estimate, thats over 150 moves up his sleeve.
