About Me

To anyone who cares, I'm not banned. I left of my own accord. This place is dead to me now.

It always annoyed me how certain weapons didn't really have a "special move" (y'know, performed with the R2 button, if you're a PS2 user). An example is Mavado and his hookswords - all he did was some silly hi-lo slash. Then it occured to me - aren't weapons like hookswords and sais designed to trap other weapons? What if they incorporated that into MKD - weapon reversals. Granted, it wouldn't really add much new to the game, except for maybe a dash of realism. Whaddya think - cool or unnecessary?

(Thanks to TomTaz for his input)

That'd be a pretty cool idea and add whole new level of realism to the game.
I think something like that would make MKD even betta.

this is a really good idea and perhaps give a reversal to those characters that dont have one. a simple blocking jab could 'lock' the opponents weapon for a reversal or do damage against hand to hand styles making sure the button has a use even if the opponent doesnt have their weapon out.

Absoluttly I am In favor of this idea. The sai especially is a weapon all about trapping and disarming. This would be awesome.

(No Prob about the input GrinningEvilDeath happy to assist.)

Yeah, why not? This would be really cool. I also wnat to see the player being able to retract a waepon from his body if he's impaled and wins the match. I also want to see the person who impales the opponent to pull his weapon out of his opponent if he wants it back or after the round goes to him.

Yeah weapon reversals sound cool. I definitly would want to see that in Deception.
