Ok, so most, I know not all, but most people think that the weapons just appearing out of nowhere in MKDA was not cool and unrealistic. So I think that in MKD They should have to be taken from some place on the Characters body. Well it just bugs me. For me when it comes to simple stuff like weapons the more realism used the better. Now I know that this would probably slow down the transition from the second fighting style to the weapon stance but don't you think that it would be worth the extra half second to see the character remove their weapon from somekind of sheath? And of course, so as not to slow down combos, this would only be used when you are simply switching to the weapon stance, not during any branch combos. Or, ok, if not then how about doing something like Scorpion you could see his sword on his back right? Well what if, when not in use they showed the weapon somewhere on the characters person (like Scorpion, and Kenshi Etc.) Like Sonya's Sticks for instance could be in special sheaths sewn into the sides of her boots. And then when you switch to the weapon stance the weapons still appear from nowhere, but at the same time they dissapear from the sheaths until you swith stances? Not as good as actually seeing an animation of them being removed...but at least it will be a little more real. What do you think?

i doubt they will change it maybe if another one comes out but i also hated that the weapons would just appear moooooo

Ryu Is Cool
I would like for the weapons to be pulled out too.

Not during combos, but for basic switching.

It would be real fast though, like you said like half a second.

How they have it in MKDA is ok though It doesn't really bother me.

yeah i can agree with that. I played DA the other day using Kano, i noticed that he had mini swords (big knives) strapped to his shins as part of his costume...i then switched over to his weapon, the twin blades and the mini swords were still attached as part of his costume..."where did his weapons come from then?" i ask you, where?

Exactly. This is something they can work on. Also, for random weapons appearing out of no where, i want them to be sealed against the wall, or on the floor, not to mention ontop of something. It looks really stupid when it just "appears". I'm sure they can do better than that.

i agree too, it would add just a little more realism to the game.

MK:DA actually had this to a degree, Jax's gun and Scorpions spear are on their models and they grab them and put them back!! They went that far, it couldn't have hurt to go all the way. Hopefully this time around!

It doesn't really bother me but it would be a nice realistic touch.

Some characters don't need to have the weapon attached to their body too. I mean Rayden, Quan Chi or Shao Kahn can do some cool magic effect to summon the weapon into their hands.

Yeah. Does anyone notice Scorpion has two swords on his back that he never uses? I guess he just puts them there for shits and giggles. When he does his Fatality though he looks like he grabs it, but it is still there. Obviously Baraka's weapons will be his blades so his won't be hard to deal with on that whole taking out thing. But you have to think that if they took it out, it would have to be somewhere on there belt. I wouldn't like that. Or you could have it like it was in MK4, WHICH SUCKED!!!
