regarding the wear and tear, and my look on baraka's rending i think it would be really cool to punch baraka's teeth outta his mouth.

right? that would be awsome, while in the middle of the match not only do their faces get messed up, there clothes should have blood stains, if they beg hit enough the sleeves on their shirt should get ripped off, if their hair is tied back into a ponytail, have it worn long at the end of a battle.

also, like for characters like raiden, imagine he gets kicked in the head so hard his hat falls off his head and his white hair comes out and flaps around while you fight.

or johnny cage, he gets punched square in the nose his glasses break and fall off.

scorpion's mask would get dented and if he gets really beaten badly it falls off revealing his skull..

if you got any more ideas share them man, i would love if this was added into mk6, it would add more spiff to each character..

All that stuff would be really cool. It's a lot of work but i reckon it's doable. What would also be nice is if your degree of damage effects how the peeps behave at the end of the match- you wouldn't feel much like celebrating if you'd just had your face stoved in...

Wear and Tear would be a great way to bring new life into this game. U should also be affected by the stage yer fighting in. Say if u gotta sword o sumthin you can guwge eyes out and leave cuts and bruises on face and body. The more u get hit in a certain area (leg, arm) that area of attack (punch or kick) should also weaken.

Anyway, those are some good ideas, but I don't think they'll be able to implement them in MK6...maybe in MK7. I just hope MK6 has bloody and ripped clothes, instead of just facial damage.

OutworldDemon, your idea about arm and leg damage sounds a little too much like Tao Feng.
