What are the acual confirmed stage fatalities in MK: Deception?

Can anyone tell me what stage fatalities are in the game for sure and how many stages are there?

4 stage fatalities have been SHOWN (in video, not images) to my knowledge. Molten press, crumbling tower, rooftop fall, and the meat grinder. There are others, but I'd assume they're in the prototype stages at the moment.

However, the list isn't organized, and the Chess and Kombat levels are mixed with each other.

It would be nice to have background fatalites for the classic stages, even if they are only in the chess game.
