Smoke - A complete change in almost every way. Beautiful character, no doubt. I just wish he wore more gray armour instead of the black vestment.
Ermac - Again, a complete change. By far, my favorite character deign in all of MK.
Subzero - I just can't believe it. He's finally graduated from being a MK ninja is now his own central being. He looks great, and again, completely changed.

1: Ermac - I was extremely impressed when i saw his 3D look, simply amazing. One of the bests IMO, those bandages around his face makes him look bad ass!
2: Smoke - I fuckin love his transparent look. Finally something new and fresh to him. IMO its a shame that they had to make him go with Noob Saibot as a tag team.
3: Baraka - My favourite character is back and badder than ever. His vest looks awesome and i love his evil grin!grin

I really hated Kabal because of his look and I just hate Rain and Smoke!
But I have to Say Kabal and Smoke are looking great and I can't wait to play as them!! So to answer your question

I'm shock that so many people are saying Kabal,he looks the same only with a trench coat.Dont get me wrong I love Kabal but he hasn't change much.
Ermac new look is great the best of all of the male ninja's.
Mileena has the best new look however I love her costume design the best in the game so far.
