Judging from the boots i'd say that character is Noob Saibot.

The one on the left is obviously Baraka and the one on the right id say is Mavado

It looks like it could be Noob Saibot to me.

It could be smoke becouse he has a black/grey suit, and it shows skin,which noob normaly is all black

I wouldn't say it's Baraka. Just look carefully. That character looks like someone has torn off skin from his face and the remaining skin has different complexion than Baraka's. Besides Baraka has some spines on the back of his head that can't be seen on the other character's head. U might say that's because he wears a hood, but just increase gamma and take a closer look. There's nothing. I'd say it's rather Noob Saibot's alternate costume, but who knows for sure... Ed?

I have to agree with Shinomune, It looks very much like Mavado to me.

It's either baraka or noob... Mavado? Mavado is human! that face was NOT human

At first glance, I thought that it was Mavado too, but I'm looking at the picture more closely now, and it does look like the skin on the character's face is ripped up a bit... If it's not Mavado, maybe it's Kabal unmasked? Just a thought, seeing as he's the only character that has a scarred face in the series.

It must be Baraka. Unless someone is willing to explain to my why any other character other than Mileena and Baraka has pointy teeth.

Remember, these characters have been made smaller and more comical, so they will look a bit more distorted. Although I can't see why anyone would say it's Mavado, and it certainly ain't Smoke. I would rather have Smoke not in the game at all than horribly disfigured.

I agree with Mortalman. The character on the right had his face flesh ripped off, so he definitely could be human.

Why did I think it was rain/reiko? He is clearly wearing purple pads on the backs of his hands and a purple chestpiece.

Another possibility - notice the crescent moon symbol on his hand. What does a moon represent? Night. What creature transforms at night? Werewolf. Night + Werewolf = Nightwolf. I know it's a longshot, but it could be Nightwolf's alt.

I think it's Noob and his face is rotting away. If that is the case, I think it's an awesome look for him.
